I decided to pay to have Geek Squad come to my house and mount my new 65 in. LG TV to a wall in my living room. Tony and Andrew showed up and the whole experience was awesome. They were super professional and the job was not only finished fast, but they clearly explained every part of the process and answered all my questions!

The 2 men who delivered and set up our TV were very polite, professional, and helpful. We were kept informed of their arrival time, and once they got here they took the necessary time to answer our questions, even though they had multiple other stops to complete before their work day ended.

I am so happy with the service and professional treatment I received. They mounted my TV, Dish, Apple TV, and sound bar, above my fireplace. No wires were showing! They made sure everything was up and running and asked me if I had any questions! Great job!

The guys were awesome. If you're not fully confident in where and how you want your TV mounted, I definitely recommend them for that peace of mind. Quick, professional and they didn't mind adjusting wall placement and even cleaned up when they were done. Geek Squad service was great! They called before arrival and showed up on time. When our existing TV mount didn't work with the TV we purchased, one of the agents went back to the store and got one that did. We did not have to reschedule; everything was completed as scheduled!

The employee who sold us the TV did not try to up sale us. Friendly and knowledgeable about the TV we were looking to buy. The Tech's showed up on time to install the TV and completed the task quickly. They had great customer service. Over all we are always pleased shopping at Best Buy.

The Geek Squad was FANTASTIC! They arrived early! (that rarely happens anywhere else!) They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable! They were fast. The installation was done in about 20 minutes! and they cleaned up before they left! We are glad we chose the Geek Squad!

The Gerk Squad service was great, they come to my place the two of them and they install my tv Sony of 75” and looks great in my bedroom, they teach all the way to used my new tv and when they left I was very happy with this gentleman workers, I really recommend this service.
