The gentleman both came in the house with shoes on. They were properly with boots to protect the floor. They were very experienced took very well care of all my equipment. Explain to me properly how I should have stuff done and where it would look properly right for all my new equipment to be installed properly. I would recommend them anytime all the time five stars.

OMG the service men were awesome, very professional, efficient, personable....just fabulous! They cleaned up after themselves and even wore masks and shoe coverings. They hooked up all of my accessories to the TV also. I would definitely recommend them, they gave 5 star service effortlessly.

The agents mounted a tv wall mount and new tv. They also connected and tested the other existing components. They were friendly, knowledgeable, on-time and did a reasonable clean-up.

The agents were on time, courteous and respectful (slipped on the coverings that protect the client's home), and securely mounted my 55 inch TV to the wall in less than 15 minutes!!! WOW!!!

The agents were absolutely AWESOME! They troubleshot a view issues and created a seamless outcome with mounting our tv. Our movie theatre room is now ready for action. We couldn’t have done this without them. Additionally, they were kind, patient and wore masks for COVID-19 safety. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Ken was friendly and professional. Set up the wall bracket to my specification, hung the tv and hid the wires with the cover I purchased. The he set up my tv and dvd taking the time to explain how my system works. Set up and cleaned up, working very efficiently. Five stars…would definitely use again.

I was pleased with Best Buy's help in deciding which Smart TV to purchase. I chose a Smart TV, a Samsung 55" OLED. I was delighted with the delivery and the setup from their Geek Squad, who also gave me detailed instructions on operating my new Samsung Smart TV. I am a delighted customer of Best Buy and thank them for excellent service to me, a Senior citizen!

The Geek Squad guys too down the old tv and mount. They then installed the new mount, hung my new TV, connected everything and gave me a tutorial on the new TV and Remote. It took them less than an hour. A 75” TV mounted above the mantel of a stone fireplace. Less than an hour! No hassle! No aggravation! Well worth it to have a professional installation done!

This Tv mount was the one that I used for my 65 inch Samsung QLED for our loft upstairs! It make the TV looks like it’s floating close to the wall! It’s look very good since it’s was professionally installed by the GSQUAD anyway! They made it quick every was cleaned up! No holes showing after it’s was all said and done
