the agents mounted my TV, connected what was needed quick, efficient, answered questions. highly recommend

The agents called to verify appointment which is ware these days. Wanted to verify instillation as no wall mount purchased. I text to confirm that it was just a delivery. Both techs were professional and knowledgeable of features and setup went smoothly.

The technicians did an excellent job of mounting our new TV, connecting it to our devices and teaching us how to use all the features. They were very knowledgeable; very helpful. Great job!!!

Both guys were wonderful, very fast, professional and friendly. They did a great job moving one tv from one room to the other. They cleaned up the marks on the wall and left everything just as I wanted .

A very good option for people who can’t or don’t know how to do this job themselves. Plus not all companies offer this. It’s a very good option to use and have available.

The installers were not Geek Squad but did the work and were very professional and quick, but I didn't realize before they left that the only speaker on was the TV which was not loud enough, but I could hear it When I contacted Best Buy and explained the problem to them, they were very quick to help fix the problem. Best Buy sent another installer out and they found that the auxiliary speakers were not connected and fixed the problem. I am very pleased with everyone's help.

The TV ordered was damaged as was the replacement. The Geeks were professional & drove 2x to Best Buy to pick up our replacements. While they didn’t have the same one we ordered they pick up one that was comprable. Great job.

The installer did a great job of hanging our bracket for the TV and also installing to the Wi-Fi. He arrived on time was very professional. He answered our questions and was truly interested in getting a job done right. Congratulations to him and he made us very happy with our new TV on the wall.

After purchasing an 82" Samsung Television, I began my search for a stand large enough to accommodate it. Quickly discovered that I was going to have to pay over $1,000 for the ones I liked. Instead, I opted to have Best Buy Geek Squad mount it for me and, resultantly, saved some money and it is now beautifully mounted on the wall of my media room. Quick and professional installation.

Geek Squad agents were prompt, courteous, competent, efficient, and friendly. Mounted 65 inch TV and sound bar look great and are placed exactly as I wanted. Only reason for a “4” instead of a “5” is that I cannot get my DVD player to work no matter what I try. They may have told me something about that that isn’t obvious, but wish they had written out instructions for me to follow.

While mounting the Samsung 85" Class 8000 Series TV requires careful planning and assistance due to its size, it offers an overall smooth experience if you're prepared. Be sure to use the proper mounting hardware, and consider professional installation if you're not confident in doing it yourself. Good thing Geek squad did the mounting!

The guy that set it up went beyond to make sure all of our components work with the tv, . Very friendly and answered all our questions. Called help to remove old 17 year old ad heavy tv so we didn’t have to help. Great experience.

The two Geek Squad members arrived on time and were very good in installing a large flat-screen TV promptly. They also accommodated my request to hide peripherals like the cable box and Roku behind the set to reduce cable clutter. They even came back to straighten the set when it shifted on the wall mount. Although we did not need it, they offered to program remotes. They were very conscientious in cleaning up work space. High praise for this team in making installation easy.
