The two reps that came swiftly got my 85" Sony TV up a flight of stairs and expertly installed the bracket and asked me where to drill and all of that. I told them they are the experts, so I went with what they suggested and everything has been hunky-dory. Very quick service, they placed a mat to cover the hardwood floors while installing, they worked well together, brought two trucks so they communicated to each other which tools they had and needed. Honestly, they were top-notch especially considering the physical labor involved in getting the super-large TV up the skinny flight of stairs in the first place. Arrived pretty much on time, too. Nice guys, very responsive, very helpful. I think it is just a no-brainer to pay for GeekSquad installation if you purchase such a great product. You get what you pay for, and probably then some.

Frank and Barney did a great job installing my mount and hanging the 75 inch LG. They were quick; knowledgeable, personable, and considerate. They made sure I was satisfied with the work they performed and cleaned up everything afterwards. They make a great team snd they probably receive a lot of accolades. Grest job.

The team that came out to install the tv were great. I purchased the tv for my parents and the installation team took the time to help my dad understand how to use his new tv. They took their time and were very patient as my dad was figuring out how to use his new tv.

Install went just as planed and on time. They also cleaned up the trash after the install.

Our purchase/delivery got very complicated and we were extremely disappointed. We called the Stillwater, OK store to buy and arrange everything but our phone rep was not in store and DID NOT LISTEN to our install address. He scheduled our install at our Texas address even though we told him 4-5 times it was a Stillwater, OK INSTALL! It was a mess. One man in corporate helped us tremendously and once he got installers rerouted they were superb. I was very sad to learn just because you call a store location you do not get the store! That I do not like!

Agents mounted my new tv without incident. Install went very well! Then came time to address existing 4k hdmi cable between my 4k amplifier and tv. Agent said my 50 foot cable would not deliver an adequate signal. Then he recommended a fiber optic 8k cable at 41 feet that was on the truck for $500 + tax. Now I’m in the moment to decide to add $500 to this install before testing my new tv or wait to get a new 8k hdmi cable. After questioning agent and my sanity, I agreed to purchase the new fiber optic cable. After agent departed, I was happy with the install and tv but became disappointed after online research of the 8k fiber optic cable. Bottom line, there was a $200 surcharge added to the fiber optic cable because it was on the truck. Also I had to run the new shorter cable under the carpet instead of 50 foot cable path.

The men were very knowledgeable.That made it go easy on me because they new what and how to connect it. They were very nice gentlemen.

Great mount extremely sturdy. Easy to install. Could hide the cables no problem Setup team were fast and knowledgeable.

I was upgrading to a larger wall mounted TV so the mount was already up however the way the new TV was it would either be too high or too low. the place they could have used to move the mount had something in the wall blocking where the screw needed to go. They figured out a safe way to mount it in a good spot and waited for me to fill the hole and paint, after moving the mount for me. Great guys. thank you!

The agents were polite and worked efficiently and collaborated with me on finding the ideal placement of my 75 inch TV in my new apartment. Upon request, they also covered the cord with an adhesive attachment for me. Both were very nice gentlemen and worked well together.

Perfect installation with great care for the surroundings. Only issue was getting it scheduled, but that’s not the installer’s fault!

I used the Geek Squad’s TotalTech Service to deliver such a big TV and its Sound Bar since I did not want to try to be creative with packing/driving it home. The two men that delivered my new Sony TV and Speakers did as expected, with one minor fault on both of our parts regarding the vibrant nature of the picture quality - I did not ask them to adjust it and they did not ask if the picture quality was what we wanted. The vibrant pictures/images were almost too glaring to comfortably watch from now to the end of my TV’s time and I may have had to call them out again. However, I am tech-minded and consider this to be a simple LOL type of situation, since I can easily make the adjustments to my liking. Other folks may have thought to ask for the vibrancy to be adjusted before the guys left, but these “other folks” may not have thought about it until the shiny new ownership wore off and felt the need for the Geek Squad to make a second house call. The potential for a second house call is the only point of contention in this matter.

The agents did exactly as requested - mounted my new 85” TV. They did the job even though the previous agents ordered the incorrect mount - they had to locate the correct mount and pick it up at another location. Overall it went great.

5 stars to the 3rd party company hired to install/mount my TV. Best Buy gets 0 stars for the ordering process ans customer service. All their installations ans mounting are done via a 3rd party. Mike, the person that mounted my TV, was absolutely amazing.

The geek squad showed up right on schedule, briniging my new 77inch TV with them. They took tge old TV down and mounted the new one and then carefully hooked up all the connections for my surround sound and multiple media components.
