The installation was excellent! They called an hour before to let me know that they were running a little later than expected. They showed up when they said they were and were in and out very quickly. They were polite and left the job area neat.

the guys were very professional and friendly and they did it in no time!! Still works great and i have no issues. and you have peace of mind!!

Super professional! The communicated exactly when they would be arriving and came when they said. They removed an older TV and wall-mount and replaced with new in under 30 minutes, which included unpacking and cleanup. I know they do this all day, but it was very impressive seeing how easy they made it look. Well worth the reasonable cost and peace of mind.

These guys were great. Very prompt, cordial and listened to what/where we wanted the wall extension socket, tv wall mount placed and they worked through the obstacles. Completed whole project in less than 1 hr, including instructing us in using the product. Have used Geek Squad in our home, multiple times, in 2 different states w/ very satisfying results each time.

Guys were exceptional! Professional and courteous. TV up on wall in less than a hour. Cleaned up after and hauled away boxes for mounting bracket and 75 inch TV. Definitely recommend! Unfortunately, delivery and setup will not be part of the updated Total Tech package.

The technician expertly mounted our new TV with the heavy and sturdy wall mount. He was very polite, focused and careful, instilling the necessary trust in us that our precious TV was safely attached to the wall via a swivel mount. He also checked that all the settings on the TV and the connections worked properly, nicely organized the cable mess and synchronized the remotes.

The agents moved a tv from my living room to bedroom and mounted on the wall. Installed a new larger tv in my living room, connected dvd player, soundbar and fios. They were very professional, respectful of my property, extremely knowledgeable and quick. They cleaned up what little debris there was.

Adam and Clifton are a great team. Very knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to talk to. They set up the tv, connected the soundbar and woofer to the one remote. Made sure we had working apps and answered all our questions.

The two guys — Geek Squad — showed up and were prepared. My wife and I had mapped out where we wanted the TV on the wall and after a brief discussion and verification, they installed the TV exactly where we asked (like within 1/4”, I measured) and set up everything on the TV. They also ran some demo clips to give me an idea of what I’d bought. I’d add that when I arranged for installation, some times/dates were supplied by a third party so you may want to make sure you get an actual Geek Squad appointment.

The agents mounted and installed the tv, made all the necessary connections and ran it through its paces. They also picked up all styrofoam pieces, cardboard and other miscellaneous wrappers. They were fast and efficient. I think they assumed that I knew more than I actually knew, but they were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Excellent service! The all women team knocked it out of the park. The TV mount we originally purchased was not going to work. They had another model in the truck which would and they quickly made the change out. Bonus - it was less$ and Best Buy refunded us the difference. They cleaned up after the install and it looks so good. Very professional!

It took a few tries for the company to get the scheduling right but the installer was great. Fast, courteous and knowledgeable.

Bought an LG C2. First one was out of box and made a popping sound when changing channels. Geek squad came out to replace tv but said it was cable box. Called cable company and swapped box but tv still popped. Reordered tv and had it installed. No popping but guessing on settings for best cable tv picture. Also, when watching baseball and golf, ball either disappeared got flashy for a moment. Very noticeable. Tried all motion settings to no avail. For a 120hz oled tv, it does not handle motion as well as 60hz LCD tvs. Geek squad saying its my cable service, never had motion problems before so i blame it on tv. I like tv for general sound and picture quality but dont understand motion issues when tracking a white ball. It also took 2 months to get tv that didnt pop when changing channels. Overall disappointed with Best Buy and LG product that was rated top tv for 2023. Would not buy this tv or anything from Best Buy in future.

They are just great and I would highly recommend them to anyone who would like to get a big tv installed. Not only were they helpful with installation but were very nice with any open questions on tv and sound bar

The men who came to connect and set up our new TVs were terrific, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They did an outstanding job.

Thank you to Jose and his crew for installing a TV and mount then returned a second time because we decided to exchange the original TV. We were lucky enough to have Jose return for the second exchange/install. He was very professional and courteous.
