The guys were great. Professional and nice. I’d recommend. Not a fan of customer service on the phone. Promised me call backs twice and I never got a call. I had to follow up with them three times.

The Geek Squad was so helpful and finished quickly. They carried my TV up the stairs and mounted my TV in probably 15 minutes. If you need assistance on setting up the TV settings they can assist as well. I would definitely recommend this service.

I purchaed the TV installation service for my existing 65” TV, and it turned out to be worth every penny. We might believe DIY is better snd free, but wait till you’re taken this service. Installattion was fast, accrate and wothout any debree or mess post work completion.

Delivery, mounting and set up.went very smooth. The two service men were excellent at their job. I would highly recommend them. It was so easy on us. All i had to do is open the door and then set back and relax.

I love the TV. It is exactly what I wanted. It is easy to turn on and off. I love the large picture. The color is amazing. The Geek squad made sure that the TV and cable were set up correctly.

The first crew was absolutely horrible. They had no tools. They were incompetent. They were rude and left after placing 1 piece of tape on the wall. The second crew was absolutely competent to mount the 83 inch TV, its wall bracket, the soundbar and ceiling mounted speakers. Can't say enough about their efforts. Took all packaging. They even arrived on time. Excellent experience.

The two gentlemen who delivered and installed my TV were amazing! They were courteous, fast, and efficient. I had the same crew for the first delivery / install for the initial TV purchase and for its replacement. Great crew. Great service!

The agent installled the mounting bracket, mounted the TV and installed the power extension and cables from the TV to the cable box and sound bar. The agent also set up my cable remote to be able to control the tv and sound bar. He cleaned the mess made by installing the power extension unit and took the TV box with him. Highly recommend this service if you are looking to mount your flat screen on the wall.

Very professional, friendly, and quick. I purchased the tv and mounting parts and they put it all together. They offered me an option to hide the cords which has worked out perfect! My only concern was in good service fashion they gave me “customer gets what customer wants” but due to my inexperience, they were going to let me mount the TV way too low until my friend dropped by and saw the error. Good catch on her part. After getting my tv console, the tv still needs to be raised 4 inches. I wonder what it would cost to come have it adjusted? Hmmm

The team was awesome. Professional and beyond helpful in installing a new TV in my brother’s (has special needs) new home, and offered to mount his small TV in his bedroom. Above and beyond my expectations. They mad sure everything worked before leaving and were very friendly. Thank you Geek Squad!

I love the Geek Squad—the team did a GREAT job with the tools and the installation. They even made sure that my sound bar was installed properly and that the tv was the right height. Another awesome job!

Terrific job by Best Buy Installer. Geek Squad came out to look at the installation at time of purchase of the Sony TV. Geek Squad made sure the TV would fit the unusual spot I wanted to put it. Also recommended I buy a mounting bracket from a 3rd party (not Best Buy) to save me a significant amount of money. The installer came and mounted the tv perfectly. Thanks Geek Squad and Best Buy for great service!

These GeekSquad guys are tremendous!! They came in and got the wall mount mounted in the tight space but with the mount I purchased it works perfectly!! It pulls out 20 some inches and turns left and right to get the best view. If I could give these guys more stars I would. They weren't there very long to do all of the work of mounting to the wall and connect my devices to it and pairing my remotes.

the agents that came to my house went way above and beyond. They came just before the covid closings. It took two of them to mount my TV. Had it ceiling mounted, with soundbar bracket to hang underneath. Bought parts from Amazon but these guys did everything they could to get my TV up, and they did. The soundbar bracket they tried but just couldn't make it work. They were great to talk to and very informative definitely would recommend.

The two guys came and installed my 75” tv very professional. I didn’t know that the mount was not included in the package. Thankfully the guy called me the day before and asked if I had one. I told him no and he asked me what I was looking for and he would bring one and I said I don’t know something cheap lol. He said ok and brought it with him the next day. I’m very happy with the experience the geek squad gave me. Thank you geek squad

Geek Squad did a great job mounting the tv I ordered for my father. They recommended a full motion mount for the corner and its working out great. My father is elderly and the installer took extra time to explain the new remote control and was super friendly and pleasant to him. Im so happy that my father is happy with the installer and the new tv.

Jeff was friendly, pleasant and explained exactly what he was doing, He suggested we replace our power strip with a surge protector. which we agreed was a good idea. The bracket was mounted, TV set up, and the sound bar linked with no problem at all. He showed us how to operate new TV and sound bar. Very good job
