Having technicians who make adjustments to ensure customers are satisfied with placement of products is awesome. I greatly appreciate the respect of my home with technicians wearing shoe protectors, carefully carrying my products to avoid denting walls, and meticulously setting up all equipment. This is truly a white glove service.

The team that came in were friendly, cordial, and informative in giving us their insights to the tv’s planned installed location. They had all of the necessary tools and helped my family feel secure in the service.

The Geek Squad team devised a plan and came with a strategy to install the TV. The TV was mounted at 12 feet, centered and leveled correctly. Top notch job Geek Squad.

The young man was all by himself, he mounted 2 two 65 inch flat screen tvs with ease. I always thought they sent out two people to install tvs. He was polite and informative. He let me know about the time frame I had to change my tv from its location.

Geek Squad Mounting Service for TV’s (ours was 85”) is a “no brainer”. The guys showed up we’re exceptionally polite and professional! They came with everything the needed to mount the TV (tool wise - you have to provide the mount) and not only hung the TV and connected everything...but took the time to program our remotes and walk my wife and I through everything! These guys are PRO’S!!!

Cheek swab so professional came out and mounted my television in what felt like minutes they were very educational walk us through the entire process connected the sound bar gave us a demonstration wore mask and practice the necessary safety measures I felt completely honored to have Best Buy in my home and was completely satisfied with the service that I received thank you Best Buy

Ben and Michael did an amazing job mounting our new TV. The measured and remeasured for accuracy, and work together as a team. They were so helpful with setting up streaming apps and helping us learn our new TV.

The service tech peoples came out and did a really nice job of mounting the tv up. They ask questions how you want it, where you want it, how high, and etc.... And they even program the tv for me....OH YEAH!!!!!!

The team mounted all three of my TVs expertly and professionally. Both were very knowledgeable and courteous. Will definitely have them out for future mounting.

The agent was phenomenal! Leading the way, she and her team did a great job and connected all of my devices. I had two TV that needed to be hung, 75 & 65 inches (one upstairs and one downstairs). VERY HAPPY with the results. GEEK SQUAD TO THE RESCUE!

The guys were great. Professional and nice. I’d recommend. Not a fan of customer service on the phone. Promised me call backs twice and I never got a call. I had to follow up with them three times.

Once the geek squad arrived, it was 2 days after they were supposed to be there, probably because either the wrong phone number or not having the gate code, the installers did a great job, and their expertise was unmatched. They also provided me with handy hints on items that would utilize the system better without seeing the wiring.

4 yrs ago I purchased a 75”TV from Best Buy and had Geek Squad deliver and replace the one I already had hanging on the wall. When I recently had to purchase a replacement, did’nt hesitate to have them do the same. I ended up buying 2 replacement TVs. They took down the old TVs, replaced HDMI and hung the New TVs. The guys were very knowledgeable and respectable.

The team from the Geek Squad did a fantastic install job, made a few excellent recommendations. The install was done very carefully, taking all the time needed to insure everything was set properly. Will be using this team again! Thank you
