Devon, who delivered our new TV not only helped set it up, but also took the time to explain the new controls so we could begin watching as soon as he left. I can't say enough about how conscientious and knowledgeable he was. Thank you!

I wish I could remember his name, but he was the most efficient, fastest and highest quality installer I have ever had. He installed three big screens in under an hour and a half flat and reprogrammed my TVs to make it easier to switch between the apps and different media without me even asking! Can't say enough great things about him.

Installers were great. They deserve 5 stars. However, Best Buy required an additional, unexpected $130 fee because the installation was over a fireplace. I was not asked about where the install would be or told of the additional fee, In fact, the install did not require any additional work because my contractor, in rebuilding the fireplace, installed a well anchored base for the TV bracket. All the installers needed to do was to screw in the bracket. Of course, because the guys were not allowed to do the install without the fee being paid, I paid it unhappily,

Very Knowledgeable! Very professional! Definitely would use them again.. they came in knew exactly what to do.. took them no time to hook up my tv & sound bar, & speakers! Showed me how to use the remote!! I really appreciated that..

The tech that came to mount my televisions was nice, knowledgeable and professional. He allowed me time to decide the exact location of where I wanted the televisions placed on the wall. He gave recommendations and his opinions, but allowed me to make the final decision. He programmed the remotes, and completed any required configurations. He didn't get a 5 star rating because I noticed an extra hole, the size of a nickel, behind the television in one of the bedrooms. It's behind the screen so I didn't see it until after he'd left. I see wall patchwork in my future. Overall, this was a good experience, and I recommend this service.

I got this for my parents with their 77" TV since I knew they wouldn't get it mounted otherwise. They said the installers were amazing, polite, and mounted the TV perfectly. They are so excited to have the rest of their room back, without the TV stand, and the TV looks amazing on the wall. Great service!

The two guys that delivered and setup my TV were very professional and wasted no time in doing everything to insure that all went well. They put my old TV in the box from my new TV and installed my new one and set it up for easy startup. They were great and did a wonderful job.

The techs were efficient and explained every step of the process, including how to interface with several different video sources. They also answered all questions clearly and made sure we could use the controller to do all common functions and access setup menus to customize when desired.

Installation was outstanding. Arrived on time after text and call to confirm on their way. Technicians (Brandon) were fast and professional. Courteous and very helpful with information. Placed the tv precisely where I wanted. Connected all devices, including cable tv box, and ran service test to confirm everything was working properly. Cleaned up after themselves.
