Both were very efficient and the install worked well. Only complaint, is a minor one. They did not get the manual out of the box to give to me. I assumed that there was no manual included, even though it was mentioned in the item description online. I did locate a digital copy and downloaded it. When we broke down the box for recycle we found it plus some items that would have enhanced the installation by lifting the tv up so it would not be partially blocked by the sound bar. Like I said not major issues, but one of those little details. Overall very pleased with the team.

The geek squad is fantastic. Great people, great skills, and they do awesome work. They installed 3 TVs for us in our new house. They made sure everything was the way we wanted it and ensured that everything was working correctly. Highly recommended.

The agents removed my old TV and mounted new TV with new mount. They connected and assured proper operation of my devices, cable box and home theater.

The installation exceeded my expectations because of the installers - Carl and his partner were exceptional. They were polite, knowledgeable, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They patiently answered all my questions. Carl should train all the new members of the Geek Squad install team.

When our dog knocked our older TV off the entertainment center, it was time for a new TV. We purchased a near top of the line TV so to protect it for being knocked off, I decided to mount it to the wall. The TV is a 65 inch so I felt it would be too much for me to do it by myself. Also thought why not have someone who has experience mounting larger TVs do the job. That was the correct choice. They had it and the sound bar mounted within a couple of hours (did not time them). I'd probably still be working on it today if I was doing it LOL.

My TV had to be returned and replaced. The first team of agents (Geek Squad) was great. They installed the equipment and made sure everything was working correctly, and set controls so we could operate the TV efficiently. The team that brought the replacement was from a company they apparently hired out to. The installation was okay but not quite as good as it had been. The controls and apps are hard to find, and we cannot find the cable or anything without searching through everything. The first team deserves 5 stars. I'm not rating the second team.

The folks were very professional and prompt. i was pleased with their work but not with being able to hide the power cord as was promised when I purchased the product. I am still waiting on the Best Buy store to contact me to resolve the issue. The Geek Squad executive called me and told me the store would be contacting me.

The agents were at my house on time, unboxed my tv, set it up, showed me how it worked, and had everything cleaned up in half an hour. Excellent service!

The Geek Squad was right on time, and installed our TV quickly. We had not purchased a new wall mount, as the new TV was the same size as the old. The service guys had to do a bit of adjusting, but made the mount work perfectly.

The Total Tech squad were professional, kind and amazing! They mounted the bracket to the wall with such perfection Placed Curved TV on and set it all up for us! We are thrilled with the expertise and wealth of knowledge. They answered all our questions effectively! Josh is definitely an asset to Best Buy!

The Geek Squad was prompt and very courteous with the delivery and installation. Nick and his co-worker showed us how they would install to get the best viewing of the Samsung TV on the Wall Mount. Excellent service.

Both Justin and Omari did a outstanding installation. They were professional and comcompleted the job on time. Hopefully in the future they'll be assign to do another install here .

The Geeks came out and mounted two tvs in my house. They were extremely professional and did an outstanding job.

The service was incredible. Expertly handled a job I was not capable of doing by myself. They were knowledgeable about the mount and also had some great tips about setting up the tv.

AS OF FEBRUARY 18, 2025 AT 5:20 PM, THIS SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED AS PROMISED IN 2024!!!!! WHY? THE SEVERAL TELEPHONE CALLS I HAVE MADE TO MAGNOLIA REQUESTING TO COMPLETE THIS SERVICE AS PROMISED APPARENTLY HAVE BEEN IGNORED BECAUSE SUCH SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED. BEST BUY/GEEK SQUAD/MAGNOLIA WHO APPARENTLY JUST TOOK MY MONEY AND RAN, SO IT SEEMS. MY FUTURE PURCHASES AT BEST BUY/MAGNOLIA HAVE BEEN PUT ON HOLD AND WILL BE CANCEL SOON DUE TO MAGNOLIA NOT FULFILLING IT'S PROMISES IN GOOD FAITH
