I was extremely pleased with the setup of my smart Sony TV. The two gentleman who installed my TV were friendly, professional, and competent. They were helpful in answering my questions. Furthermore, they were quick with the installation. I could not ask for more.

Matt and Christina are some of the best Geek Squad staff anyone could ask for! They mounted a total of 3 TV’s for us, one of them including a sound bar, and did a fantastic, neat, leveled job! They even work fast too! They are so friendly and knowledgeable. I will be requesting them again when we decide to mount another TV.

The geek squad agent Adam T. that mounted and set up my tv was amazing! He called ahead to advise exactly when he would arrive. He was friendly, funny and explained everything. He didn’t make a mess and kept me informed each step of the way. He exceeded my expectations!

Not a big reviewer, but the two gents from Geek Squad were simply awesome. They came on a day when we had an ice storm. They WALKED the TV and sound bar down our 69 foot driveway and proceeded to do an awesome job installing everything and getting it going. Best Buy and Geek Squad with “Total Tech Package “ is the way to go.

Took two attempts because the first TV (bought as Like New, but had burn-in) and my installer gave excellent suggestions as to exactly which TV to get and which mount would be best for that TV with my walls.

The technicians did a terrific job mounting and connecting our new 77 inch LG C3 OLED TV. I will always use the GEEK Squad to install anyone large and/or complicated.

The two people that came to install the mount and the TV were incredible! One of them even put on shoe covers to keep the snow off the carpet. They even took the big boxes with them! Great service.

The Geek Squad arrived at the scheduled time to delver and set up the tv. They did their job correctly, accurately and quickly. They were very neat and provided excellent instructions on how to use the remote to add apps. They agents were polite and friendly. The Service techs were very professional and knowledgeable. I asked several technical questions regarding the operation of my television while they were working and the explanations were easy for me to understand and helped me feel more competent in operation of my system. Alejandro & Desiree came out to install a new TV in my 2nd floor bedroom. Alejandro went above and beyond in assisting me in getting the TV to the 2nd floor. Awesome Job on Both of them and were EXTREMELY professional. Best Buy should be honored in having them.

They did a great job! I just moved into my new home and they came out and re mounted both TVs that I had mounted in my old place. They were careful and took their time and made sure it was done correctly. I always go through Best Buy because they always do a great job!!
