The service we received was excellent. We were fortunate to have two individuals that knew exactly what they were doing. They were extremely professional and excellent troubleshooters. They were respectful and clean up the mess after completing the project. This is the second time was had the Geek Squad doing service in our residence. Both times were completed with great quality.

The agents installed my TV, connected all my devices, and taught me how to use it.

My installers were very knowledgeable and professional. This is why I buy all my electronics from Best Buy.

The agents mounted TV and TV Brackets. From start to finish they seemed to know what they were doing, made sure they took care around furniture, wore masks, answered questions made sure we knew how to operate all devices, stepped us through TV operations, made sure we called Xfinity to fix a broken modem, advised us of change our decision possibilities that included upgrade in size of TV.

Victor had to remount the existing tv mount as the mounting holes on the new one would have made the new tv to high. He did it quickly and now the new tv occupies the same space as the old one. I thought this could be to complicated, he breezed right though it. I am very happy with this installation.

The agents did a great job of answering all my questions and installing the unit exactly how we wanted it. Then they took the time to help set up the remote features and showed us how best to operate.

Cas, the Geek Squad service Tech, was on time, worked quickly and efficiently. She explained the process thoroughly, and when finished with the installation, explained how everything worked. Cas works out of the Edwardsville, IL store. Even though I live in St. Louis, I would prefer working with her again, should a need arise. Thank you, Cas!

The technicians did a terrific job mounting and connecting our new 77 inch LG C3 OLED TV. I will always use the GEEK Squad to install anyone large and/or complicated.

Geek Squad techs were fast efficient and cleaned up everything when they finished the install. They were very familiar with every piece of equipment and worked together well. Very pleased with their work!

Why install a huge 85 inch TV yourself and risk breaking it when these guys will come and install it. Totally worth the value to not risk breaking high value items.

We originally thought we could buy a tv, take it home and set it up ourselves; how hard could it be? I am so happy we did not do that and had a wonderful Geek Squad agent like Dakota take care of everything for us! I cannot say enough nice things about him. He was patient with our slow learning curve and made sure we knew what we were doing before he left. And he was so very courteous and tactful as well as so knowledgeable about the technology! Well worth the expense!

The Geek Squad is great! They tried to use our existing mount for our new 77 inch TV, but showed us how it would not work anymore, and replaced it then and there with zero issues. Very knowledgeable and very pleasant and professional.

My technician Jason was fabulous. He took time to mount my new TV and install the apps necessary for me to view the TV choices available to me. He was methodical and as for me, he was particular in doing his best to hide cables, etc. He was patient and thoughtful. You have a wonderful employee in Jason.

The agents came to my home, mounted my television and explained all the features, warranties and more. A truly thorough experience and I'd recommend Best Buy for mounting again.

The technicians were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I'm not good with technology, but installer explained everything in an easy to understand manner. Allmy questions were answered AND technicians did not leave until I demonstrated ability to use the product. I have high expectations when it comes to good customer service. This experience did not disappoint

After a little mixup with the scheduling the gentleman that came over to finish the job we’re both excellent flight. They did forget hook up my phone, but I guess I’ll have to have them out again.
