Our installers were very professional and performed an exceptional job. Arrived on time and were very efficient! So very helpful, we’ve never had any problem on any installation by the Geek Squad!!

Literally perfect. The guys came in and installed the TV with no hassle. I think our wall is a little imperfect thanks to some unfortunate contractors but the geek squad made it happen. They secured the tv and it looks perfect!

Highly recommend this service. Moved/mounted current TV to another room and had the new TV mounted. Purchased the Total Tech service and saved myself $100 on the installation plus other fringe benefits. Could have done it myself however, so nice to sit back relax and watch someone else do it! Not to mention not answering all of the wife's questions and concerns! Tech's were very personable, knowledgeable and efficient.

Geek Squad team members did a great job at moving, setting up and integrating my new large tv into our home wifi system. The Team lead was knowledgeable and customer oriented. Highly recommended

Very happy with this install. The installers were very professional, courteous and efficient.

It took three tries to get a 2 man crew in place with the right items to mount a large TV and sound bar, but they did a great job in a timely fashion. They left the work area clean and neat.

The setup team came early in the schedule, which was a plus. They expertly mounted the new TV. Then they connected the many cables to all associated devices with no problem. Since we have a new Harmony, we needed to buy the "Harmony Remote Programming" job in order to have it programmed. The team was vey courteous and patient with us as we needed to learn some new things about the new TV. Lastly, they cleaned up the packaging, etc. so it looked like they were never there.

we had a miscommunication at first. 2 guys came from the geek squad took down my old tv and put up the new one. As they were packing up bc they thought the were done and I said it’s supposed to be on a moveable mount. The store forgot to give me the mount and charge me. So they left I went back to the store got the rack and Naomi came on Sunday by herself took the tv down put on the bracket and tv and it was fine. Except we had a mis communication and she had hooked my sound bar up directly to the tv and I wanted it separate from my cable. I wanted it as a separate entity. So I. Called back and she came back and fixed it the way I wanted it to. So at this point I was a happy camper UNTIL I went to use the sound bar that night and I couldn’t get it to work. Called the geeks to come back out . The day which was Monday I got a call from Naomi saying that they have nothing to do with the sound bar she told me to hold on as she was looking through the book and walked me through some steps and WALA FIXED. ThTs why it pays to buy the total Gerk Squad protection. The end

Geek Squad was fantastic! They connected it to the stand and got everything working on it and did it very quickly! The two that installed it were courteous and friendly. They took their time to answer our questions. Also told me to call back if I had any problems. I couldn't ask for better service! Best Buy is one of my favorite stores!

We utilized BB's service to wall mount a 65 inch TV in a small conference room at our business. The installers were prompt, notified me when they were on their way, and completely professional. They were very friendly and followed our directions well. The job was completed quickly and very well done. They took precautions to minimize dust and debris and then thoroughly cleaned up everything when they were done. We Highly Recommend using this BB service!

The Geek agent removed old tv and replace it with a new 50 inch one! Agent was very knowledgeable and in no time had all devices up and running smoothly!

The Geek Squad set up our television, even down to the little details. Nothing was left undone.

I bought this tv onsite once I read reviews about TCL televisions online. Out of the box the tv was beautiful. It was light and easily mounted on the wall. After understanding how to adjust the settings this TV actually had a beautiful picture. Unfortunately the sound was muffled and lacked the clarity of my previous Samsung TV.

Alex and Jake came out and hung my new 70" TV efficiently and quickly! I paid a little extra for them to move my current TV upstairs. Later in the day, I went upstairs and turned my TV on and there were some crazy lines all over the screen.. I texted Alex with a few pics and he immediately took responsibility for the damage. This was Sat (Dec 2) afternoon. By Tuesday, a claims rep called me and asked me how much I wanted to purchase a new TV!! I immediately went online and found a 55" for 369.99 and I had a check in my hand for 400.00 by yesterday (Dec 8)! Alex and Jake could have denied they damaged my TV.. not only did they not deny it, they worked quickly and proactively to get me a new TV! Kudos! I highly recommend!!

Chris and his assistant Marco did an excellent job setting up my tv's and ring devices. They were extremely polite, professional, thorough and clean. I would highly recommend this crew to anyone.
