The agent mounted my TV spoke to me about the different types of TV mounts and ensured that I had the correct one. He walked me through setting up my TV and connecting it to my Roku and my Playstation. Geek Squad is absolutely the best.

This is the 2nd time I have had Geek Squad install TV's in my new home for a total of 3 TV's. Geek Squad always stays in contact leading up to your appointment time. When installing the tv, they are accurate and take the time to make sure the job is done write. All while cleaning whatever mess they made up and being friendly. I will continue to use Geek Squad for everything installed in my home.

For context - Our purchase was a new TV, 2 TV mounts, move and mount an existing TV and, mount and install the new TV. In a nutshell, the service, set-up and installation was excellent! Geek Squad team set up/installed a new 65”OLED LG tv…efficient, professional and courteous. Adjusted all the tv and remote settings and explained all the features. Hauled away the old tv and all the packaging. Well worth having Geek Squad do this project!

The install crew is very thorough and professional. They make sure you’re ok with everything before commencing work and ensure satisfaction prior to departure.

Our installers Will Johntry and his Assistant Mica were Fantastic. Neat, well mannered and very efficient. Their Professionalism was just what we had hoped for. Will even said we could call him if we had any questions...It took three weeks to finally get everything installed, 12 hours of waiting with minimal communication, that is until Will did our install, once again a great Geek Squad expierence!

The 2 guys that came to set up was very professional and friendly. They answered all my questions, and cleaned up the boxes , papers etc. yes would use them again for sure.

I had the Geek Squad come to my home to install a wall mount for my 55 inch TV. The tech was on time, was completely respectful of my home, explained the whole process to me before he started, and did an amazing job on the installation. He connected all my components to the TV and made sure everything was working properly. I was totally satisfied with the experience and would recommend the Geek Squad for in home service and installations.

Can’t say enough about the guys that installed and setup my TV. I could not believe how fast they performed a complete in wall installation of a large 77 inch TV. Including setting it up and explaining everything about my new TV. They were courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job.
