The young man that installed my new TV did a wonderful job. He was on time and kept me informed of his arrival time. He cleaned up all his mess and set up both remotes. I think he's wonderful and wish I could get him back to help me with the Samsung remote. I think Samsung gets F on ths remote for seniors. No light, too small, and harder for seniors to use.

The Geek Squad installed my tv on the wall and made sure everything was working properly

The agent was great very knowledgeable and friendly. Setup TV and sound system, and a couple of apps. He showed us how to use everything.

The tech guy did more than install our tv. The install was clean and efficient and all was programmed to work. Her even have is a brief tutorial on how to use the tv, know than the "quick" start. He even told is how we could save on teckie stuff that would have faced even more on the install.

I think this was money well spent! The squad was very courteous and very clean in everything they did. They assisted in choosing the correct location and then was very precise in cutting holes and attaching the mount. They made it possible for me to add another cable without having to remove the tv...something I greatly appreciated. They gave basic use information, but after they left I was disappointed they didn't go over how to use more functions of the tv (ie voice remote, adding apps)

Two guys installed my Samsung 75 inch TV. They helped sync the Dish remote and mounted the tv without a hitch. They were professional and knew what they were doing. Bert was the same guy who installed my system in 2009. I am not tech savy, but they were patient and explained how to operate everything. They also cleaned up and were on time.

Super smooth and easy service. Scheduled our appointment a few weeks out while we waited for construction to finish up. Our installer came on time, asked lots of questions to assure she had it placed correctly and went about her way. She finished quickly, walked me through the TV setup and was on her way. So friendly and left the room perfectly clean. She even took all the packaging!

The agents mounted my tv and connected all the devices. They were polite, talkative with me, nice yo my dog, and super friendly. They stayed until ALL my questions were answered.Could not have asked for any better service!!

Geek Squad is very prompt and courteous. They did a great job. Your Call center is a mess though. I won't call them, I have gotten the manager's e-mail and now I get great service. You guys should fix the call center. It is the worst I've ever worked with.

It took 3 attempts to get my installation done. On the first try, the third party installer was very thorough and knowledgeable and spent over 4 hours trying to get my TV right. He played phone tag with customer service and personally went back to the store to get new mounts. Ultimately he stated that he did not have the authority to get my job done. He specifically stated that I should get the Geek Squad to do the job and not the third party that the Geek Squad assigned to me. The second time I specifically requested the Geek Squad, yet a third party was sent again at the improper time. The installation was incomplete. This again required me to make multiple calls to customer service to try and get a resolution. Finally, I was able to get the real Geek Squad in and everything was done correctly. I had a second TV installed the next day with the Geek Squad that was absolutely excellent. The only thing missing was a call back from the Geek Squad. I would have informed them that the set up caused my TIVO to overheat and shut down. I rearranged this myself so I did not need to have them come back. Bottom line is that if you have a very simple installation, the third party installation is fine, but if there is any complication, only the real Geek Squad can correct your situation efficiently. In addition, never call customer service with a problem. Go to the store where you can speak to a member directly. Even that can be a problem as I had to go to another Best Buy to get someone to send the real Geek Squad to service me. My rating is the average of the poor overall service I received, not the last visit from the Geek Squad which I would rate just short of perfect. It took 4 weeks to get things right.

The Geek Squad is fantastic! They are very professional and knowledgeable. They had my new TV up in no time and answered every question I had with all the patients that was needed.

The two people that came to install the mount and the TV were incredible! One of them even put on shoe covers to keep the snow off the carpet. They even took the big boxes with them! Great service.

Can’t say enough about our Geek Squad service!! Thorough, polite and measured everything to make sure our new TV was mounted perfectly. Even when taking a second look since something was off a little … went back and double checked the leveling (turns out our 1971 house isn’t exactly level … of course!!!)

The Geek Squad reps, Mike, Mark, and Luis all did an outstanding job recommending what would work best in my home. They delivered the items when they arrived and set to work doing an efficient install that is working like clockwork. I can not say enough about how great these guys have been.

My TV was mounted for me, and all my accessories (sound bar, dvd player, internet) were connected and tested. Installation was neat, with all wires hidden. Tech was quick, and thorough, and pleasant and professional to deal with. Answered all my questions, and pointed out things that I had not been aware of.
