The fella that delivered & installed my new TV was as good as you get! Very personable, obviously knowledgeable, answered all my questions as well as sharing things i didn’t even know to ask!! I just can’t say enough about the quality of this particular person. If he is representative of your tech staff, I would guess you get raving feedback regularly!

Would rather have it professionally done rather than call anyone else to do it

I ordered a TV and mount for my daughter and they delivered the TV, mounted it on the wall and set it up for her. This was all included for $0 because I am a Total Tech Support subscriber and it was definitely worth it. They were in and out in 30 minutes and the TV is well secured to the wall.

The agents arrived on time and totally set up the TV and showed me how to use the remote. Very courteous agents willing to take the time with me to explain everything. Only drawback is they are not allowed to work on electrical outlets as they could not relocate my wall mount so the TV sets too low and I will have to rehang the TV myself

The 2 guys that came to set up was very professional and friendly. They answered all my questions, and cleaned up the boxes , papers etc. yes would use them again for sure.

Once the geek squad arrived, it was 2 days after they were supposed to be there, probably because either the wrong phone number or not having the gate code, the installers did a great job, and their expertise was unmatched. They also provided me with handy hints on items that would utilize the system better without seeing the wiring.

The agents mounted two TVs and set up all the wires quickly and professionally.

I was very impressed by the 2 Geek Squad installers work. They were very confident in the proper procedure to install and mount on my wall. They set up the TV to maximize viewing accuracy for the room and light exposure. Both were personable and gained my trust immediately.

Took two attempts because the first TV (bought as Like New, but had burn-in) and my installer gave excellent suggestions as to exactly which TV to get and which mount would be best for that TV with my walls.

Had a window of time of then the Geek Squad would arrive. I was glad to get a call early in that window saying they would arrive soon. They arrived and were to work. They had to move the TV/mount from one wall to another and they did it with ease. Very knowledgeable and I'm happy with the result. Not my first time having Geek Squad come over to help mount a TV and I have recommended them to others.

Sean and Patrick were very professional and personable. They did an excellent job setting up our tv, mount and speakers. Thye were so helpful and took time to explain everything to us.

The Geek Squad installed our new 65 inch Sony TV. They were very fast and professional. I really like tools they use to locate the studs, then set the screws. So glad I didn't try to do it myself. Plus, after we got some new furniture, we needed to move the TV about 10 inches. Thanks to being a Total Tech Support Member, it was a reasonable charge to get them back and move it. Once again a timely install and professional.

The GEEK installers were polite, courteous and efficient. They left no mess for me to dispose of upon departure.

Cheek swab so professional came out and mounted my television in what felt like minutes they were very educational walk us through the entire process connected the sound bar gave us a demonstration wore mask and practice the necessary safety measures I felt completely honored to have Best Buy in my home and was completely satisfied with the service that I received thank you Best Buy

Geek Squad Mounting Service for TV’s (ours was 85”) is a “no brainer”. The guys showed up we’re exceptionally polite and professional! They came with everything the needed to mount the TV (tool wise - you have to provide the mount) and not only hung the TV and connected everything...but took the time to program our remotes and walk my wife and I through everything! These guys are PRO’S!!!

The local technical team did a very good job mounting and setting up television and other devices. Same team came out and replaced the first television and displayed the same level of quality service and professionalism.

Cody ensured that the TV was setup and that the entire system was working before leaving. He also ensured that wiring was not visible when facing the television. Ensure that the soundbar and other devices were working with the television before leaving. Took time to give a brief tutorial of the remote control.

The Geek Squad guys were here on time, went right to work and within minutes my 75 inch tv was mounted and fully hooked up to my existing surround sound through a new receiver. All features were demonstrated and explained to me!
