The Geeks do a great job putting up large TVs. I have found that working directly with the store on deliveries and installations works best! The corporate online scheduling in the past was not as responsive or accurate as in person. That’s my two cents worth.

Dustin and his coworker were excellent. They installed my 85 inch Sony tv with ease, while making sure it was perfectly centered for the room. Dustin paid attention to all the small details and was very precise. I would recommend their services again. They even cleaned up the garbage and vacuumed the floor where they did the install. Very professional.

Ismel and Cody handle my electronic with care and were amazing young men. They made sure I understood every aspect of my electronic. They explained every detail of operating am TV. I am 61 and technology is not my friend. They were very kindand oh so helpful.

Very good!! I highly recommend the service. The technicians communicated with me and clean up after the TV was mounted. If you want the wires hid behind the wall be sure to get the In wall wiring kit and add the In wall Power Extension to your order. You will not be disappointed.

Geek Squad agent (JOE), was pleasant, friendly,and went right to work. I only had to tell him what height I wanted the TV to be (he asked), He explained what he was doing. He had to cut through 2 layers of sheet rock which wasn't expected, but he got the job done. He explained the new remote and how to get to my VCR/DVD combo, and Netflix. Overall, he is an excellent agent/worker for Geek Squad!

The installation was excellent as I mentioned before but it’s too expensive, so I would not choose to go with Best Buy again in the future even though they’ve done the last three for televisions that I had, I won’t use them again because the price is going up too much

We can't give high enough praise for the team who came and installed our new TVs. The local installer was ill so this team drove over an hour to ensure we had installation as scheduled. It was a difficult instalation but they worked tirelessly with us to ensure we were happy. Definitely 5 stars!

The agents that put the mount on my wall where excellent. They where really professional and didn’t make anything seem awkward! Highly recommend. I’m a basic joe so my comment is actually reliable.

I usually hang and wire high / low voltage myself, because i am picky. BB intallers were very professional, careful, courteous and quick. Very happy with the install.
