The team that delivered my TV, came to mount, and and set up my tv and Sonos was efficient and thorough. They ensured everything was up and running before they left.

They did a great job! I just moved into my new home and they came out and re mounted both TVs that I had mounted in my old place. They were careful and took their time and made sure it was done correctly. I always go through Best Buy because they always do a great job!!

The agent set up my television (no mounting was required) and made sure I had access to everything I was supposed to and explained how to navigate among devices. He was patient and knowledgeable.

Installer did a good job installing a flat panel tv wall mount. However, he was not able to mount an Apple TV behind the wall mount. Salesman said that could be done with the mount he sold us but he was incorrect. In wall extension cord could not be installed for the same reason. So now we have a cord hanging down from the tv and cannot connect an Apple TV to the TV as planned. We did save the $50 to have the in wall plug installed. Not good that geek squad was going to charge us a fee to mount the TV and another fee to install the plug. Should be a single install fee for multiple items like this in one install trip. Since the total membership plan was changed, it’s not worth the membership fee anymore.

We chose to purchase this because we bought a TV from Best buy and wanted to have it mounted the same day it arrived. The guys that came out to mount my tv were awesome. They showed up on time and worked quickly. They also dialed in all the settings and got it connected to my wifi network. They went over everything, explained the remote, how to get around, etc, They also cleaned up everything before leaving. So the service itself was top notch. However the purchase price isn't a very good deal for what's actually included. And what's included is nothing. All you get, beyond the basic tv set-up I mentioned above, is your tv, mounted on the wall with YOUR mount. You see the technicians aren't allowed to do anything at all with the wires, They won't hide them in the walls or anything like that. You also have to be sure you've already purchased the mount yourself and have it available. So for $200 what you're really getting is just a basic tv hang, using your own mount. That can be had for $50 all day on the Marketplace. And getting the tv set up and connected to your wifi is pretty simple. Something you can probably do yourself if you HAVE wifi, because you're already used to finding and logging onto your network. It's kind-of like the "convenience fee" you pay when you go to the corner 7-11. You're willing to pay more than you know you should if you're wanting it all NOW, like we were, But if you can wait, you can certainly get a tv mounted much cheaper.

Got my 85” TV unboxed and mounted while I wasn’t even home. Did excellent!!! I plan on using geek squad again in the future!

Joshua was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He made sure he explained the entire process of the installation and asked if I had any questions after he finished. He set my system up and it was ready to use when he left. I would love to have him service my requests in the future.

Excellent mount, easy to install and handle. Great foe self installers. Used it for both a 65” and 55”TVs.

Geek Squad mounted my new tv and did all necessary installations/the techs are always so helpful and answer all of my questions. Yay! I am watching my favorite shows thanks to Best Buy!

When the Geek Squad came out to set up our tv they assured us that our original mount was sufficient for the larger screen. They saved us money which is always a good thing!

The Geek Squad guys were great. The two of them worked so well together and were so efficient. They paid attention to details that others might have ignored. I'm pretty stubborn about asking for assistance, but it paid off big time having this installation completed correctly.

The geek squad did a great job getting all the equipment installed and working They had the equipment in their van so we could get it completed and we didn’t have to wait for parts.

The team was awesome! The called the day before and then when they were 30 minutes away. They removed my old mount put up the new one and then put the tv on the mount! They were quick respectful and I really appreciate what they did for me! Outstanding work!!

The installer was a contractor, not a BestBuy employee. He knew the job very well, and worked quickly and efficiently. He had miscellaneous parts (bolts etc) in his tool kit and did not to back & forth to tge truck for tools, etc. Personable and professional. I offered to help, but he handled everything. He removed the old TV from the wall mount and installed the new TV. Then very precisely centered it and arranged the cables to minimize their presence. Afterwards, we checked the TV operation; the channels seemed fine, but the wifi signal was weak making it difficult to stream channels. After he left, i checked the TV channels and most were missing. This was a cable company issue, not an installation issue. But after a half hour on the phone with the cable company tech person, all channels were available and functioning. The installer did an excellent job.
