Geek Squad team set up/installed a new 65”OLED LG tv…efficient, professional and courteous. Adjusted all the tv and remote settings and explained all the features. Hauled away the old tv and all the packaging. Well worth having Geek Squad do this project!

They in stalled a Sony 85 inch TV and did a great job. Looks great and work very well.

The geek squad team doing the installation was absolutely fantastic. Very professional, efficient and thorough in how they did the installation and offered guidance in how to position the tv based on the mount used and accessing the tv for connecting additional cables later on. Every part of their process was professional and highly impressive. Great experience overall!

I was not home when the agent connected the new tv, but my husband was. Unfortunately, my husband did not know all the necessary information for connection, so the agent came back a second time to get the needed information for setup. The agent was excellent and very knowledgeable!

My installer did a terrific job installing the wall mount and the Television. He helped me get my stations working and programming the remote.

Matt and Christina are some of the best Geek Squad staff anyone could ask for! They mounted a total of 3 TV’s for us, one of them including a sound bar, and did a fantastic, neat, leveled job! They even work fast too! They are so friendly and knowledgeable. I will be requesting them again when we decide to mount another TV.

We purchased the Geek Squad installation and mounting for our 55" Samsung for our console which can be lowered and raised as we desire. The Geek Squad (Andy & Alex) not only did a perfect job of installation and mounting of the TV, but provided excellent, detailed training on all the features available on the Samsung smart TV. We were very, very impressed with the work of Andy and Alex and would strongly recommend them to anyone needed TV connection and mounting.

Not a big reviewer, but the two gents from Geek Squad were simply awesome. They came on a day when we had an ice storm. They WALKED the TV and sound bar down our 69 foot driveway and proceeded to do an awesome job installing everything and getting it going. Best Buy and Geek Squad with “Total Tech Package “ is the way to go.

The agents mounted my TV and connected it to all devices. They were quick and did a good job. The TV picture is beautiful and the sound quality is better than my previous TV. Although I had to work with my cable company to program their remote, the agents left me with the Vizio remote in a condition that allowed me to watch TV before calling my cable company.

These guys are incredible at making your TV look perfect in its space as well as working like a dream!!! I just can't say enough about how great the teams are! I have had 3 different teams at 3 different times due to various stages of renovations (one left to go!) and each time there were different situations that they were able to resolve. Thank YOU!!!!

The service was great. I was called the night before and given a 3 hour window. He arrived within that window and very quickly removed my old television and installed the new one. He also had something to cover the wires which makes it more attractive.

Seeing as I was simply replacing an old tv that had been mounted here before, and all they hd to do was moun the new one, they did a fine job. I was able to do other things while they did it.

The Geek Squad arrived at the scheduled time to delver and set up the tv. They did their job correctly, accurately and quickly. They were very neat and provided excellent instructions on how to use the remote to add apps. They agents were polite and friendly. These guys are the best and worth their weight in pixels. They were very knowledable and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them for any large tv or mount install. Two tv installs and one mount install and finally a disposal--In less than 3 hours ! No price can be put on the peace of mind that these professionals bring. Mounted 77” TV and Bose sound bar over rock fireplace. They did an amazing job making sure it was the right height and centered. Connected to sound bar and ensured it was working properly. Was very patient with my questions and concerns. Wires completely invisible. Cleaned up what little mess they had. Highly recommend.

My experience with my home installation was great. They were meticulous and made sure everything was aligned before mounting. Checked with me throughout the process and it turned out perfect.

Marco & Jacob installed and mounted our TV quickly and hooked everything up back up. They answered all our questions ( even stupid ones) and stayed until we were satisfied that we could work our new TV. Everything operated they way it should and we were very happy with them both.
