The techs delivered, mounted my 55” Samsung TV, and made sure all connections and tv settings were in proper working order. My old tv was also taken away.

They did a superb job. They went out of their way to do a super job.

The installers were Pros. Oleg and his partner came in and out in less than 2 hours.

The agents were very courteous and knowledgeable. They were very helpful and didnt rush me through my questions, treating me with respect. I am not a techy guy and they were a godsend. I will definitely use their services again and feel confident referring them to friends and family.

The agents kept in constant contact prior to the installation and were very polite upon arriving. They were cautious and very neat. They installed a wall mount bracket and hid all wires. The TV looks great!

The agents removed TV from wall & reinstalled it. They were absolutely wonderful. Made sure I checked everything before they left. And explained several things to me that I never new about. These 2 guys are a great example of great customer service.

The Geek Squad came to my house on time and introduced themselves. They proceeded to relocate my wide screen television down about 5 inches. The private party that had installed my set just put the new, larger screen right back in the same location. This was causing neck strain because it was too high. The G Squad guys were quick and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves, and they made sure my wife was comfortable with the new heighth.

Installed TV with mount as requested. No issues, awesome service!

The installer got there early and was not only professional, but friendly as well. He explained everything he was doing, asked if I needed anything else before he left, and made sure that I was happy with the job. In the end, he also stopped me from cleaning up and said that was his job. He then proceeded to clean up everything in the area.

TV mounting was done so well. Excellent service. I am very happy.
