The agents who mounted our new 65 in Samsung were outstanding. They set everything up as well as explaining the new TV. Would definitely recommend this service.

I bought a TV for my almost 80 year old mother and the person who did the set up could not have been nicer or more helpful. He was patient with her and taught her how to use the tv (it was a smart tv). He also set it up so she could have access other networks. I was so appreciative for the service she received. The agents mounted my TV and connected all my devices. They were very flexible with timing and worked well around my work schedule. They quickly got the job done and cleaned up very well. This is the 2nd time I’ve used them to mount a TV in my house and both have been great experiences. It’s very well worth the price because then I’m not stuck with a giant TV box that I have to get rid of.

Bram Wilens did an absolutely outstanding job of mounting my TV. Not only that, he spent a lot of time showing me features of the TV and showing me how to operate the remote. I highly recommend him and The Geek Squad.

Excellent job. The installers were very professional. I was informed of the arrival time and they showed up as stated. Everything went well and they did not leave until I was fully happy. Took the time to show me how to operate the entire system.

The service guy was excellent and he did a wonderful job. I had my TV mounted on the wall and he did a great job, He arrived on the time he said and cleaned up his mess and asked if I needed anything else and he was good to go. He programmed the TV and got TV all ready to go. I totally recommend him. This was worth the protection plan . Thanks again John S.

Adella and her team expertly mounted the wall mount, overcoming constraints in the size of the frame it was to be attached to. They installed and setup the TV and then connected it to the existing DirectTV system, gave me some basic instructions, and opinions on accessories we might want down the road.

The agents did a perfect job mounting my TV! They were professional, clean and quick. So sorry my free installation has ended, but will have Best Buy install any items in the future.

The crew, two guys, were great and very professional. I'm happy I used them to install my new TV. They were able to reuse my old mount and got the centering of the new unit perfect.

People were very nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions, and even though they did not install my TV to a wall (part because I didn't want to and I wasn't sure if I could be able to), they were very willing to assist with making sure that the TV was good and ready before leaving.

The Geek Squad agents were wonderful. Before purchasing any additional equipment an agent came to our house znd and explained what we would need and hos thry would seg it up. They were fantastic. Wd now have the tv where we wanted it and th we viewing experience is great!

Jim was great! However the rest of my experience with Best Buy was terrible - both in store and phone. Quite possibly the worst customer experience ever. People gave me misinformation - repeatedly; people repeatedly lied when telling me I would be called back; one in store person was shockingly rude...and this is upon my first meeting him and giving him background (which he requested)...I didn't know him, had no experience with him, was simply telling him what had happened and he was grossly unprofessional; it took from my orginal PAID order on Jan 1, until Feb. 2 to get my TV installed...after two no-notice cancellations. Beyond terrible.

As always, very professional. Took care in finding the best secure place on my wall to hang TV. Gave instructions on how to adjust the TV. They were pleasant and friendly and arrived on time.

The Geek Squad guys are definitely the "heroes" of this install. They got it all installed, set up and working very quickly. The wall mount would've have taken me all day and they had it up so fast and made it look so easy! So glad I had them do this work.

The two gentlemen who delivered and installed our TV worked quickly and did a good job. We are very happy with their service.
