Great service. They told what was needed to be done and got it done in less than 30 minutes. tv 85 inch was mounted perfectly and then explanation on menus details on new tv was explained. awesome job

I had their names written down and I cannot remember but I hope they are acknowledged for their excellent service. Not only were they quick and professional, they went above and beyond in setting up everything and educating me. They made sure I understood everything thoroughly before leaving. 100 stars if I could, best two geek squad members ever.

Made the mistake of getting installation during the holiday season. Best Buy hires a third party company during the busy season. Very unreliable. Never received a call saying they weren’t coming. Only a call at the end of the day asking to reschedule. When they finally came they were okay and hung my tv efficiently. Next time I will wait for the actual Geek Squad. Should have been told up front that it wasn’t going to be them, instead a third party.

Great service. Mounting was completed by Zach quickly and cleanly. Zach was very responsive and courteous. Even went back to store when we realized a new power strip was needed to complete the installation! Another great reason to keep the Total Tech!!!

Seeing as I was simply replacing an old tv that had been mounted here before, and all they hd to do was moun the new one, they did a fine job. I was able to do other things while they did it.

The installation was smooth and well done and the agent was very knowledgeable.

I paid geek squad to install my soundbar & wall mount my 65" TV. Totally worth every penny. They were professional and cleaned up all mess & debris related to the install and even installed everything in such a way to to have no wires showing. Totally recommend using them for all electronic needs

Well, the geek squad guys mounted it and it seems to do everything for which it was purchased. We're happy with the set up for our new TV.

This is a good TV, has a decent picture and several smart features. Unfortunately, you can't download the Spectrum streaming app on it. :-( We get around that by air streaming to it and using it as a monitor to our iPhones. Just know what app you want to use on it before buying it.

The agents mounted my TV and connected it to all my devices. He went out of his way to make sure we was overly pleased and satisfied with his work before he left. The Best Buy representatives were knowledgeable and efficient. After installation the reps explained how everything worked and had my TV in great shape. I couldn’t have asked for more.

The Geek Squad technician's are professional and friendly. They are also following all the Covid regulations They installed my 75 inch Samsung and Sound Bar perfectly. We were pleased at the suggestions they made. i would recommend them to family and friends without a doubt.

The Geek Squad Gentlemen have always exhibited professionalism, as well as warm, and sincere kindness. I've personally purchased several TV via BestBuy. I recently returned one of them. Tech went above and beyond to make sure my parents TV was installed after the 1st tech was a no show. He was off for the day but took the call. Did a great job on the install.
