We purchased an 85” TV from BestBuy and needed professional help mounting it on the wall. The Geek Squad came out on time and did a wonderful job mounting the bracket to the wall exactly where we wanted it and then hung that 85” beast on the bracket. They had all the tools with them and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend this service to anyone on the fence needing qualified techs.

The Geek Squad guys that installed the TV Mount to hang the TV on the wall was very organize, neat, professor and knowledgeable. They had an answer for the questions that I asked. It didn’t take long to complete the job.

Agents came in, brought my tv, hung it on the wall, made sure it was working and connected to wifi before leaving. They even cleaned up and hauled the packaging away when they left!

This particular wall mount for my Sony television was installed by the geek squad. This unit can articulate left and right and also tilt top and bottom it’s very smooth and supports the large 75 inch TV. The quality of the metal the anodization of paint and the hardware provided are spot on and the unit even though hidden by the TV looks very good and well constructed

The 2 gentlemen that install my tv was very polite and explain everything to me. They answer all my questions and did a very nice And quick job installing. I would definitely use this service again

They were very friendly and helpful. They made sure that the set was mounted on the wall where we wanted it and hooked it up and made sure it was working before leaving.

The mountings of TVs on May 6 was excellent. They knew exactly where the placements should be based on sizes of TVs. The were quick and knew what they were doing. They asked if I had any questions or concerns before leaving. Cindy from Magnolia HiFi home service followed up to see if I was satisfied. May 6 service excellent.

The 2 members of the Geek Squad that came to mount my tv to the wall were nothing short of great! They were very quick, knowledgeable and professional. We have had the Geek Squad come to our home twice and it was a great experience both times. Good communication along with good service was appreciated. The projects were completed by skilled professionals and we were very pleased with the end results. We will definitely be using the Geek Squad again when needed in the future!

The technician was pleasant and did a great job mounting the tv. However, I marked the wall where my dresser fits and he placed the tv at the dresser level. I cannot bring my dresser back into my bedroom.

The agents were careful, knowledgeable and worked quickly. They even made some recommended changes to the basic TV settings to ensure better picture quality, were great at explaining the various settings on the TV (no operator's manual was included) and did their work in a professional but friendly fashion

I want to tell Best Buy thank you for being there for me and my family. My daughter Antonique wanted to buy me a TV for Mother's Day , which was the greatest gift ever. Best Buy Delivered my TV on time and set up my Channels. I called Best Buy an d add my daughter to my acc. just in case she want's to buy me and the else.
