The agents installed everything and took the old tv with them, it was worth the fee. For an older gentlemen this would have been too hard for me to do myself. I thought they may cancel since we had a major ice storm & snow, but they called me early on to let me know they were running later than my appointment but would be there.

Great pair of Greek Squad agents! Courteous, efficient, friendly and they left no mess even drilling through sheet rock. I considered doing the job myself but I'm glad I didn't. It's not that easy to do especially when these agents know the tricks of the trade. They were awesome.

Carlos the installer was super helpful with installing my mothers tv for her. He explained how to use it with patience. Very satisfied

Being an elite Best Buy member my past experiences in terms of in-store customer services has always been stellar as employees are knowledgable and very responsive to customer needs/inquiries. However, third party vendor services(Not Geek Squad) such as hardware installations prove to be unreliable. My 5Mar2024 appt for install was missed after vendor tech sent two text messages, regarding 8am-11am installation window. I later recev'd a call from vendor 6hrs after install window to reschedule. At that time I decided to conduct the TV wall mount/install myself. Instructions were easy to follow. See attached photos.

TV was mounted above a fireplace in the middle of the home. The crew took their time and did an excellent job making sure everything was safe and correct. Very happy.

Techs were uber respectful and were amazing at set up n disposal of any pkg materials super tech savvy and I highly recommend this service! My 55in is perfectly set.

The technician went above and beyond. Not only setting up and mounting but making sure I understood the fiction of the tv and how to set up roku account. He stood by until everything was finalized the way I wanted it. I was treated as a valued customer and not just another stop on his route.

Andrew set up my Epson 6050ub projector in my dream game room. It didn’t fit just right at the start. He spent extra time to make sure that it was perfect. He was kind, asked questions when there were workarounds to be done, and treated my girlfriend and I with respect.

These young men were Extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They removed the old, measured twice and completed the install without issue. They were careful and thoughtful. In a little over an hour, the room was all back together and clean, ready for tv viewing. Wonderful service!

The Geek Squad team was very helpful and knowledgeable while installing my 75” and 50” TVs in my home. I needed an in-wall electrical connection that I also purchased at BB. Professional installation by dedicated and experienced team.
