Set up and mounting was great and did it in a timely manner. Was very happy.

The agents quickly and perfectly mounted my new TV and connected my devices.

The original installers where terrible, in over thier heads. If that wasn't bad enough, they scratched our new TV console. Best Buy stepped up and sent a new crew who went above and beyond, did a great job!

Though we purchased a swing arm mount, it wasn't the right size. But Geek Squad had one with them. They were able to install the wires behind the wall for an extra charge, but well worth it. It's like a theater in my living room.........need to get one for the media room and upgrade it next. They set everything up and showed us how to use it. Great job, Geek Squad!

Our purchase was made at the Best Buy in Springfield, PA and the installation was done by Frank. He was on time and worked efficiently, was very thorough with his explanations, and did a great job with the installation itself. I would definitely recommend the Geek Squad and Frank to anyone looking for installation suggestions.

Ramon from the geek squad did an excellent job with my TV installation. He was punctual, respectfully wore a mask and ensured that TV was positioned precisely how I needed it. Was very patient to getting the job done well. Left the work area very clean and tidy after install truly impressed.

Team was exceptionally nice, very communicative during the lead up to installation. I bought a corner mount for my TV (has 2 mounts that connect to the walls on each side of the corner of the wall). After agreeing to exactly where mount/tv was to be, Installer had fixed the mount to only one side of the wall. I had to correct him on the purpose of a "corner mount" and they fixed it- however, it left holes in part of my wall that they didn't cover/patch. Would've been a 5-Star install/review if it wasn't for that.

Geek Squad is the ONLY reason i still shop at Best Buy, professional helpful experts in their field AND happy in their profession!! Don’t lose the Geek Squad and use a third party like you did for appliances - as i don’t buy my appliances from Best Buy anymore because of that decision

Good tv mount for 48 to 70 inch tvs and east to install

The installation team was beyond wonderful. They were quick because they knew just what they were doing. Friendly. Kept me informed of their arrival time.

The TV I ordered did not fit the wall mount I had. The installers were very nice about it and returned the TV. I went to Best Buy and got another brand TV that did fit my wall mount.

Excellent communication with the Geek Squad team that installed my full motion TV wall mount and 85" Sony TV. These items were installed in a custom designed wall niche with very close tolerances. The Geek Squad's installation was spot on! The team arrived on time and left a spotless clean job site. Thanks guys for a really great job.

Bryan and his associate were outstanding! Definitely a five star experience mounting our TV. Through chance Bryan has mounted other TVs for our family and has been nothing but professional, polite and a perfectionist. I had wanted to get my LG OLED mounted on the wall in my living room for awhile. When I finally got it scheduled I wanted to have the same Great Service by Geek Squad that I received when I had them deliver and setup my LG originally. Chris, the Tech that mounted my flat screen, did a great job.

The team(s) that mounted my TV were excellent. The first team had to reschedule because Best Buy sent a mount without all the pieces. They tried to get one from the store but there weren't any spares. The second team came in, got it mounted and setup SO quickly. I would highly recommend.
