The Geek Squad Techs removed our old TV from it's wall mounting & set it aside for removal the following day. They installed the new larger TV on the same wall mount, connected our Sonos external speaker and the wireless X1 box. Lastly these G.S. techs adjusted the sets settings for optimum performance. All in all, a job well done.

Best buy did a great job mounting our TV. It was kind of difficult because it's in a corner and the house has over 100-year-old plaster. But they were able to do it and it looks wonderful.

The technician was so quick, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was very friendly and accommodating. He was able to utilize the existing wall mount and the entire delivery, installation and recycling process took less then a half hour.

Geek squad delivered and set up 87 Samsung 87. I wish I would have purchased sound bar at the same time for set up they were very knowledgeable and had the tv mounted and working bin 30 minutes I would recommend this service

Squad had to visit my condo twice as I had purchased the wrong mount. It was rescheduled quick and the same team returned. Installation was quick and completed with care, cleaned up and removed all packing materials. After that they took the time to go over the basic use of tv and getting all of our apps installed. The process so easy, the Geek squad comes to you house with the TV, they put on shoe covers, install it, clean up and leave just as friendly as when they came in. Appreciate the process.

The Geek Squad was on time, took their time doing the install correctly, and setup all my services. We tipped the guys and fed them bacon that my wife was cooking. We'd highly recommend the Geek Squad install for large tv's.

The agents mounted my tv perfectly and had everything up and running in about 1 hour. Very professional and fast.

Window was 830-1230. I received a call at 845 they would be there in about 30 minutes, which they were. The two gentleman who came in were very kind, professional, and efficient. They did an excellent job. They also wore surgical masks the whole time and put on booties to protect the floors.

This task would have been very difficult for me. A geek squad team came and knocked it out in minimum time. I wish the initial appointment window was more precise. But I'm very satisfied with the install and service.

Great job on the installation and setup. I was disappointed with the price of the wall mount because cause I had to purchase the mount from the Geek Squad because the one I ordered was through Best Buy that never arrived until two days later.

Geek Squad does it again! David came out to install the mount and hang the tv for me. He was great. Took his time doing an expert job. Also spent a good deal of time doing the initial set-up of the tv programing which I really appreciate. He made sure I understood the basic functions before he left.
