The Geek Squad did an excellent job of installing the TV on the wall for viewing. The wall mount I ordered was not strong enough and they had another one on their truck which I purchased. They were so very helpful and neat. They cleaned up after the install. Please use them. They know what to do.

They have mounted two tv for us and they are excellent. One of the tv had several extra wires and they fixed the to look nice beside out fire place. Can't even see them. They are a first class group.

On-time, complete delivery and installation of my home theater components by courteous and personally friendly Geek Squad service personnel. Everything went well and works fine. Honestly, Geek Squad's service has always met my highest expectations.

Made the mistake of getting installation during the holiday season. Best Buy hires a third party company during the busy season. Very unreliable. Never received a call saying they weren’t coming. Only a call at the end of the day asking to reschedule. When they finally came they were okay and hung my tv efficiently. Next time I will wait for the actual Geek Squad. Should have been told up front that it wasn’t going to be them, instead a third party.

The agent brought the wrong mount and had to come back later the same day. Then he put extra holes in my walls that I now have to cover up.

The Geek Squad Gentlemen have always exhibited professionalism, as well as warm, and sincere kindness. I've personally purchased several TV via BestBuy. I recently returned one of them. The two technicians who came to my house were incredibly professional and helpful. They took proper precaution when mounting my TV and cleaned up afterward. They also gave some advice on my sound system and were easy to talk to. Very happy with using this service for such a big purchase. Would hire again.

Not only were they quick and professional, they went above and beyond in setting up everything and educating me. The 2 installers did a great job! The scheduling and tracking of the appointment needs some work. Install went smooth and they cleaned up all of their mess plus took the tv box away that i did not even purchase from best buy.

Great job. On time and installation was completed in a clean and professional manner, insuring proper mounting to stabilize TV. Completely justifies buying Total Tech membership, which covers the cost of the installation and gets you so many more benefits.
