This team was professional , provided an efficient quality install and took time to ensure we understood how to use the unit with som added tips and tricks also very kind.

Glad I purchased the delivery and set up. 77” TV is not small nor light for one person to handle without risk of dropping it. Not only was it delivered, mounted and fully set up but they cleaned and made sure to explain the features of the TV.

The agents mounted my TV and connected it to all my devices. They answered all my questions and showed me how to use the remote control.

Geek Squad insures their work for a year, so don't mount stuff on your own. Is it pricey? Well, kinda. I'm having them mount a new, larger TV where they mounted my previous unit was. Would it be easy for me to lift off my current unit and mount the new one? Probably, but it wouldn't be insured if I did so and something bad happens because I overlooked something. Also, if you're a homeowner, what looks better if a claim is made?

The 2 members of the Geek Squad that came to mount my tv to the wall were nothing short of great! They were very quick, knowledgeable and professional. The 2 installers did a great job! The scheduling and tracking of the appointment needs some work. Install went smooth and they cleaned up all of their mess plus took the tv box away that i did not even purchase from best buy.

The Best Buy team did an excellent job of mounting my TV. This was the 3rd attempt to mount, and the team was consistent from previous visit which was a huge help
