Excellent purchase! Easy to use and a beautiful picture ! The install was done with great service and in a timely manner!

The Geek Squad sent to me (Tony and Caleb) was great! They worked quickly, thoroughly, cleaned up after themselves, and were very friendly. My only regret is that I didn't press for instruction on my new remotes!!

Great job on the installation and setup. I was disappointed with the price of the wall mount because cause I had to purchase the mount from the Geek Squad because the one I ordered was through Best Buy that never arrived until two days later.

The agents who showed up were great. They set the tv and soundbar up and explained every aspect of what they were doing and if they encountered an issue would talk about it with us before proceeding. They then walked us through how to work the two units and cleaned up everything. We were very happy with the service.

The agents were very professional candy helpful. They made sure to keep the area clean and cleaned up after they were finished. The agent walked through the new set up and offered his card for any additional questions.

The agents who installed my mount were on time, professional, and friendly. It was great how quickly they put things together. I even kept myself in the loop about what they were doing and explained about the remotes, along with helping to get the cable and WI-FI connected.

Technicians were professional and made sure to mount item where it supported the best viewing in the room. Very impressed by skill and service provided during the install.

The crew was amazing- everything came out great and they were super clean and organized.

The team(s) that mounted my TV were excellent. The first team had to reschedule because Best Buy sent a mount without all the pieces. They tried to get one from the store but there weren't any spares. The second team came in, got it mounted and setup SO quickly. I would highly recommend.

Very kind and professional installers. Mounted my 85 inch TV to the wall. Very quick and expertly mounted.

The agents mounted my TV, and made sure I knew how to work everything. As usual, they did the job I always expected they would do.

We purchased an 85” TV from BestBuy and needed professional help mounting it on the wall. The Geek Squad came out on time and did a wonderful job mounting the bracket to the wall exactly where we wanted it and then hung that 85” beast on the bracket. They had all the tools with them and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend this service to anyone on the fence needing qualified techs.

The installer was great and offered all the options on the TV mount. He was very patient in explaining how to work the TV and set it up for us.

I had wanted to get my LG OLED mounted on the wall in my living room for awhile. When I finally got it scheduled I wanted to have the same Great Service by Geek Squad that I received when I had them deliver and setup my LG originally. Chris, the Tech that mounted my flat screen, did a great job.

Mike & Dan did a great job! They were both courteous and helpful and very attentive to cleaning up and removing all trash. They were patient in explaining how to operate my new TV and answering my questions. Very easy and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them!!
