I'm a 74-year-old senior who can't do the things I use to do. The Geek Squad tech who delivered the TV and set it up was great. He knew his stuff. Was friendly and answered all my questions. He showed me how to use some of the new technology, so I feel confident using my new TV. He also did a great job cleaning up the boxes. I have never been disappointed in the service from the Geek Squad.

The installers mounted 2 differed TV wall mounts. They took into consideration the height we’d need depending on if they we being used to watch movies or do gaming or both. They even programmed the controllers with our cable and various gaming systems. When they left all we had to do was sit down and enjoy! They did a great job. We’d definitely use their Geek Squad again!

I loved how communicative they were with our set up. I’m not great at hanging pictures, let alone a tv this big. They made the process easy and simple! I would recommend Best Buy to mount your electronics 100%

I actually had no idea that BestBuy did this type of service!! it was really a life saver!! and i didn't even need to have purchased a TV from them! I will absolutely be using them again any time I need to mount a TV!!

The geek squad kept me informed on there arrival time. They quickly removed the old TV and mounted the new one. They then got it all set up and removed the box and debris that came with the new television. Everything works and the geek guys made sure all was working before they left. It was a great experience and I would recommend them highly.

They are so quick and 2 people makes mounting tvs even faster. My first tv came cracked. They went to the store picked up a new one for me within 45 mins. Very good customer service

The techs showed up on time, wasted no time removing old tv and hanging my new Nano LG. Set tv up quickly without any conversation wasn’t sure what they were selecting nor what they were disabling/ had to reschedule another appointment to enable me to be able to use my DVD player. If it were checked for operation during initial visit a 2nd appointment wouldn’t have been necessary.

They listened to me and gave me suggestions on exactly where to mount my new tv. Got it installed and cleaned up very quickly. Very polite also. I’m very happy.
