Geek Squad was very professional and knowledgeable with the installation and mounting of my 2 TVs. They were on time and did a great job. They configured my fire TV devices for both TVs and recommended a different mount and HDMI cable for one of my TVs so that the TV was mounted safely and that I would have the best viewing experience. I highly recommend them.

Our purchase was made at the Best Buy in Springfield, PA and the installation was done by Frank. He was on time and worked efficiently, was very thorough with his explanations, and did a great job with the installation itself. I would definitely recommend the Geek Squad and Frank to anyone looking for installation suggestions.

Wow, these guys are professionals. Not only do they only put one hole in the wall cause they know exactly where the studs are they tie up the cords neatly. Awesome Job!! They are worth the money cause we would butcher the wall with holes. They make sure the TV is level and so much more, hooking up cable box, DVR, etc.

My service technician Chris Hullon was great, very professional, courtesy, and personable. He arrived to install my tv on-time, did an outstanding job with the installation. I am very satisfied with his service.

The agent mounted our TV, set up cable and blue ray remote, and connected all devices. He instructed us on how to add apps, make changes to the TV set up, and use of the new remote control for the TV. Mike did a great job. It was a pleasure to have him come to our home and work with us.

What can I- Best Buy and Greek Squad did everything they said they would do! Wonderful service, honored the appointment and set everything up perfectly! Greek Squad- The best team- don't go anywhere else if you need your electronics installed properly!

Agents were on time and super professional. I could not have hung our TV by myself and these guys made it look so easy. They set everything up and cleaned up any debris from the drywall.

Geek squad installed my TV and that was ok but what bothered me and I definitely didn’t like was the technician kept quoting more prices for drilling hole in wall or for cords that are expensive and he could have just gave me the free one he had in his truck (that I finally got him to give me). He even charged me for setting up the surround sound. I was charged $150 more which I think I shouldn’t have to since I thought I paid enough in the beginning. Over all the service was very good

Excellent communication with the Geek Squad team that installed my full motion TV wall mount and 85" Sony TV. These items were installed in a custom designed wall niche with very close tolerances. The Geek Squad's installation was spot on! The team arrived on time and left a spotless clean job site. Thanks guys for a really great job.

SHOWED UP ON TIME. HAD THEM RUN AN IN-WALL KIT FOR THE LIVING ROOM AND MASTER BEDROOM PLUS INSTALL TV MOUNTS AND SETUP THE TV'S. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER AND DID EVERYTHING IN A TIMELY MANNER.

As always, Geek Squad excelled at their profession. 2nd of 3 mounts.. No pic cause I am worn out. Be careful when you tell a wife "yes, of course we can change the carpet on the stairs..." You're liable to get much much more work than you expect. However, in this case, she works, and I act like an apprentice just for kicks.

All questions answered. Polite and professional. They guide thru the process and allowed to make an informed decision on every detail.

The agents mounted my TV to my wall without any issues. It was even a wall that was connected to my fireplace which they knew exactly what to do.

The Geeks came, mounted the set, connected all the wires, disposed of the packing material and left the area as if they had not been there! The geeks answered all my questions, and explained all the Tv gun ruins and controls. Excellent service!!
