My Geeks were the best! Well worth the fee. They came on time, we’re very careful and installed it at the height I desired even thought they had to remount my old wall mount. They were very patient in getting me started with the smart tv apps. I can’t thank them enough!

I want to make this clear. The installation crew was great. The scheduling for the install was a nightmare. The night before installation we were given a time window of 2:00 to 4:00 pm. The morning of installation we were able to track the TV and the crew. ETA was 2:15. At 9:20am we received a text that our crew would be here at 9:50am. This was now a big problem for our morning schedule. The crew knocked at the door at 9:50am. They were embarrassed that they were there once they saw my information. Very stressful.

Geek squad recently installed my TV and was fast and professional.

John Austin and his associate did a superb job hanging two 85 inch Samsung TVs. They arrived on time and helped us learn how to use them, after connecting them. Other advice was given on how to deal with colder temperature, which was was needed.

Very pleased with the two Squad men! Got us up and running.

Installer would not do the install because the installation would not have been stable and safe. He cheerfully packed the TV and mount up and gave me full credit for the TV, the mount and installation cost. I will definetly patronize Best Buy again. Thanks

Team was exceptionally nice, very communicative during the lead up to installation. I bought a corner mount for my TV (has 2 mounts that connect to the walls on each side of the corner of the wall). After agreeing to exactly where mount/tv was to be, Installer had fixed the mount to only one side of the wall. I had to correct him on the purpose of a "corner mount" and they fixed it- however, it left holes in part of my wall that they didn't cover/patch. Would've been a 5-Star install/review if it wasn't for that.

I don’t usually like to fill these surveys out but I actually was looking forward to this one. Michael, Tony and Marcus of the geek squad performed a custom installation of my 85” television, AV receiver and surround sound speakers, I moved the TV from the wall that the old one was on to a new position because of the size. The surround sound speakers were already in the ceiling and it was expected that the speaker wires could just been brought to the other wall where the TV was. As it turned out the existing speaker wires were stapled and could not be rerouted. This didn’t slow the geek squad down. They regrouped and treated it as a new install and pulled all new wire. Even though this added substantial time to the work that needed to be performed, the geek squad stuck with their original estimate to me and did not charge me extra for this extra work. While this exceeded my expectations from a financial perspective, it would have meant little if the work didn’t. The custom install came out beautifully. All wires concealed, all equipment set up and everything explained thoroughly. I feel that I have more than made up the membership fee for the geek squad Tech Support and I’ve got 11 months left. What a great deal.

The two technicians that came to my home we courteous, professional and did a great job installing my television exactly as I wanted it! The job was performed professionally and my home was left neat and clean!

The Geek Squad did a great job installing my new 86" LG TV. They were very professional, friendly, and easy to get along with. Once installed they made all the best settings for the best picture. Each time they came in the house they snapped on booties to keep any dirt out of the house. Great job.

Dylan and his associate were excellent. Delivered the TV, installed the stand, programmed it. All was done efficiently and well. After receiving a call from someone at Best Buy that morning saying the TV was not available and wouldn’t be available for months, I canceled the order. Several hours later, Dylan called to say he had the TV and stand and would be right over to set it up. A pleasant surprise. He had found the set on the sales floor. He was not aware of the call I had received earlier. I commend him for finding the set. He and his associate were knowledgeable and helpful?

The Geek Squad Techs removed our old TV from it's wall mounting & set it aside for removal the following day. They installed the new larger TV on the same wall mount, connected our Sonos external speaker and the wireless X1 box. Lastly these G.S. techs adjusted the sets settings for optimum performance. All in all, a job well done.

Cesar was very knowledgeable and proficient. He did a great job of showing and describing my options for placement of the TV. Also suggested an option for mounting the sound bar that I had not considered. Overall great experience.

Like Geek Squad service. Agents were knowledgeable and professional. Installed my 77'' Sony Oled tv and connected all cords and tested. Even they came back when I realized that the tv needs to go a little higher (not fault of agents) at no extra cost.

Service needed to install new TV. They got the TV installed and setup quickly. Even measured to ensure the new install was at the proper height for my viewing. Definitely shows they have the experience for doing the install correctly the first time and keeps the customer in mind too.
