The agents were swift and professional - they installed my mount and put my TV on it. They were so kind and respectful and I will absolutely use this service again!

The technician properly mounted the TV and for the most part got it hooked up to the cable and internet. He wasn't especially familiar with Shentel cable and internet, however, and we had to ask Shentel to come out and finish the setup.

I was impressed with the Agent's perseverance in getting all my equipment to work with the AP's that controlled my sound bars. It took several different attempted solutions before every thing worked properly, but he never gave up. Mounting the equipment was easy compared to setting up the software for my high end equipment that produced the sound.

Geek Squad was good, they installed both TV on the wall mounts I bought. They were fast.

The technicians worked quickly and efficiently to install the bucket and mount the TV and sounder. Later, when I had trouble getting the sounder to connect with the internet the technicians returned and fixed it quickly.

The geek squad guys are amazing. They know what they are doing and the installation is flawless. I wouldn't consider doing it myself when these guys are available.

Squad had to visit my condo twice as I had purchased the wrong mount. It was rescheduled quick and the same team returned. Installation was quick and completed with care, cleaned up and removed all packing materials. After that they took the time to go over the basic use of tv and getting all of our apps installed. I've had 2 tvs installed by BB and in both cases they did a great job including hiding the wires in the wall so they are invisible as well as ensuring that the TVs are at a good height.
