The team who did the installation was excellent. They were very professional along with knowledgeable on the set up for my new LG TV.

Geek squad was well worth the extra fee to install. They were curtious and cleaned up all boxes. They mounted the 64inch tv to the wall and set up the sound bar. Also, explaining how to operate Both. I would have never managed this on my own. Very satisfied With work and would recommend

Geek Squad service. Great technician, he knew what he was doing. Very well-educated young gentleman. He explained to me certain ways to move the equipment with the TV and ways to connect everything.

James and helper did a great job of hanging new 65" TV. They made sure it was level and made sure it was working with all attached devices.

This service is excellent. Had new Insignia TV stand assembled, 65” Insignia TV mounted to the stand plus cable box. DVD player and VCR player hooked up. Installer Ed and helper could not have been more professional and helpful.

The 3rd party that completed my TV connect and setup did an outstanding job. They well in complete compliance of protective coverings as well as social distancing. They were professional, ensured that everything was installed, mounted and working correctly, explained all the how-to's and cleaned up and removed all debris before leaving.

The agents did a great job of helping me choose where to mount my new TV and even had a sound bar mount with them that they were able to sell me and install!

Our service technician was excellent. He arrived on schedule. He started work immediately. He helped us decide where to place the tv mount. He explained how to use the tv. Before he left he cleaned up and removed the trash.

These guys, do a great job, fast clean and always have the working answer.

Staff arrived as expected. The quickly understood our setup. Made reasonable recommendations to dismount our old TV and mount the new one. They also moved the old TV to our den and mounted it on the wall (new mount was purchased). Then returned when I had a problem with the old TV at it's new location. Great service!

The agents took down my old tv, put up the new one and installed all my devices. Works with same controls when switching from antenna tv to roku box channels to dvd player. Answered all my questions and explained new tv conrol. Very pleased with Jose and his fellow installer.

Brandon did a great job mounting two new TVs on the wall. He made sure all the cables I needed to connect were in place and he patiently explained the key features as he set up the TVs. Cleaned up after service as well. Appreciate it.

This service is excellent. Although I thought the installs were free. There is an additional charge beyond the annual membership. Customer Service person at the store misspoke. The installers were wonderful. Cleanly. Even wore shoe coverings. Fast and timely and called when they were on their way. Very professional.
