Joshua P and his partner were amazing! He likes perfection and it was perfect for me because I’m the same! He asked me exactly where and how high I wanted it and explained certain issues. He was very knowledgeable! They were in and out in less than 30-45 mins.

The Geek Squad tech was the best! It was worth every penny to pay the reasonable fee to have him mount our new large TV on the wall, hide the wires and set everything up so the TV was ready for our immediate use...........all in the matter of about 30 minutes. He was very professional, helpful and did a fantastic job.

I was pleased to have the Santa Maria crew install 3 TV mounts in my new construction home. They were efficient, friendly, and informative. Would definitely recommend them for the future.

Outstanding job. Perfect mount to the wall of a large screen monitor. Very grateful for such beautiful work and choice of mount that allows easy access to pulling monitor away from the wall to allow changing HDMI inputs and pushing it back to be flush with the wall.

I had to use an 'out of area' installation company for TV deliv very to Lake Panorama, Iowa. Wasn't pleased to hear it but the guy was great. Will ASK for him next time since it was faster although the Geek Squad has always been excellent.

I debated on installation services, but I wanted to have our t.v. mounted and it had already been sitting in the box in the living room for two weeks. Best decision ever. The guys were very professional and did a great job in getting everything set up. I would definitely recommend getting this service if you don't have time to do it yourself or you just want someone else to do it.

The installation team was very knowledgeable and did a superb job in safely and precisely placing the TV above a fireplace and mantel on the chimney. They manage to do this in well under an hour.

The guys that came to the house were really nice and good at what they did. They really took time to do it correctly and not just slap it up and take off. Explained things, made sure everything was working correctly.

Time slot of availability was convenient. Professional, wore a mask and shoe covers. Easy to talk to as well. Very professional and provided much peace of mind. Guided us against installing in wall cable management in our finished basement due to a fire block. Would never have known if we tried DIY. Great service.

Wow the Geek Squad were fast and efficient. Asked questions to my preferences and were thoughtful, pleasant and knew exactly what they were doing. Loved their work ethics and knowledge.

Satisfied with the service provided. However, I was informed in store this TV could be mounted flush. Installers told me they couldn’t install flush because of the cable panel and tv mount provided with tv purchase. I asked in store employees several times about flush mounting and informed them in detail my wall set up that matched exactly what installers worked with upon arrival.

Professional and we’re in communication with me because of a different job they had the same day. They came and got the tv mounted and helped get it turned on and ready. Definitely better than trying to mount huge flat screens alone

There were 4 TVs that were mounted in different rooms. The agents did a fantastic jobs mounting TVs.

The team that came to install instead of the television for friendly and professional. They knew their business and installed the TV quickly and efficiently.

While the installers did a great job installing, the rest of the process was “AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER!” Single biggest problem with Best Buy is their horrible customer service. Other than physically going in, there is no way to reach the actual store when you have an issue (and store employees confirmed this). When you call the listed store phone #, you are immediately pushed to a call center. When contacting the call center 2 (of 3) associates that I spoke with were unwilling and/or unable to address my issues. If the issue is outside the script they are lost. My first issue was a price match. Zero help from call center. I had to wait when I was back in town to then go back to the store to address. Store associates addressed the issue in 2 minutes. First attempt to install everything was met with a soundbar that never showed up. I was told it was out of stock. I ordered everything 3 weeks prior. I did come to find out that the soundbar “disappeared” the day before initial installation. Second attempt, installer showed up without the soundbar (asking me where it was). His “notes” did not include going to the store to pick up the soundbar. So I needed to go to the store and pickup the soundbar myself. Additionally, he was assigned as a 1 man job. The soundbar was being attached to a 77 inch tv, so i needed to help him take the tv down and put it back up. To his credit he reworked his schedule to come back same day to install after I picked it up. Bottom line, the store associates and installers were great to deal with. But Best buys glaring issues are in their logistics and call center operations. Their overall approach to customer service is severely impacted by their approach to underinvesting in those services.
