Great install; cleaned up any mess; clear instructions on how to use

Both agents were very helpful by showing me every step they took to add my TV to the wall. Assured me with each step as I was concerned about marks on my wall. After installation they walked me trough the steps so I would be able to work the programs.

TV was mounted very fast and installer very professional.

I’m very happy with the Geek Squad’s job. They were professional, punctual, and took precautions to keep themselves and my family safe during the pandemic. Everyone wore a mask and they also had gloves. It was a positive experience overall, and I will always prefer that a professional handle jobs like this.

My geek squad agent John is the only one I will let install anything in my house he’s very knowledgeable and has been in the business for over 20 years every tv in my house was installed by him he answered all our questions and even made some great suggestions that we took advantage of

The agents did a phenomenal job installing the tv mount over my fireplace in the living room. Very professional work and the majority of the wiring was within the walls, little wiring showing at all. TV was connected, adjusted and we were very happy!

They did an amazing job, it was new construction, and the technicians, were very professional, and did an amazing job. The one mount would not work, and they had one in the truck that did work.

Overall very professional and clean young techs, the only problem was on one wall the installer could not find the studs . I found them later and installed the mount from Best Buy myself. Also the premium install definition is unclear and I did not get it due to the wall damage it would have caused per the techs description

The Geek squad contacted me prior to arrival to inform me of the time that they would be arriving. Both gentlemen came into my home respectful and professional. They came prepared to do the task. The Geek Squad comes through again! They delievered my 2 TV's, sound system, and mounting bar and were first class in every sense of the words! Rich and Rudy from the GS in Myrtle Beach SC had everything done and working in less than 1 hour, and took the time to show me all I needed to know! Well worth the cost just for their combined expertise!

I will say I was very comfortable with Nathan and his trainee Truman being in my home. Nathan made sure everything was hooked up to one remote. He explained how to use it with the Roku. He had patience with me understanding how new technology works.

Steve and Joe from Best Buy are awesome. They came to my home several times and know what they’re doing I highly recommend them.
