Greek Squad was very efficient and set up the TV and sound system with ease, The installers were professional, efficient, polite and very knowledgeable, They are great ambassadors to the Geek Squad.

I had a replacement and reinstall they were Very professional and worked quickly also they moved my wall mount up because the last techs (3rd party company) that did the first instal put it too low

They were nice enough to help me wuickly figure out why another TV was not connecting to my WiFi after completing the job they arrived for. Exceeded all my expectations and was worth every penny of the service they provided! No headaches! Thank you!

Technicians arrived on time and efficiently completed the installation within about 30 minutes. They demonstrated the TV and explained the remote control functions. Also, they reconnected my Roku device saving me the trouble of initiating new service for several streaming channels.

The tv mounted on my wall was a 42 inch. I purchased a 65 inch. They had to move my mount over to accommodate the bigger set. They did it so fast and quietly, I was waiting for them to start and they were finshed! They also mounted my sound bar under the tv.

The agents hung the TV on the wall, neatly tied the wires with zip ties, connected my devices, updated the cable box, and neatly put all those wires into the wall mount brackets. So perfectly done.

The team did a great job in taking down the old system and installing the new mount and TV. Got the programing taken care of and was in and out in no time at all.

The guys showed up to install two TV's. They actually thought that they could use an existing mount and tried to save us some money. That didn't work out, but I appreciated the effort. One of the guys looked like Jason Mamoa which was very exciting to my daughter and her friend. :) I've been very happy with Best Buy and the Geek Squad.

I mounted my previous TV above my fireplace. I decided to have Geek Squad do it for me this time. That is the only way to go. The Geek Squad mounted my TV, mounted my sound bar and hooked up my XBox in 2 1/2 hours. They made all the wiring look neat and hidden. They did in a couple of hours what would have taken me a couple of days to do myself. Definitely the only way to go.

Installers came out twice. First time out they discovered that the TV screen was cracked. Had to start the purchasing process over a few days later. Same installers came out and did a great job.

We purchased a 85 inch Sony tv for our parents and since we have used Best Buy geek squad for all 3 of our mounted tvs we knew that they would do a great job. Our parents said the installers were so courteous, friendly, and helpful. They took in consideration all the COVID precautions which is greatly appreciated!

So impressed with the Geek Squads installation of my new TV. They wore masks, gloves and booties, they had to drill into a fireplace to mount and install the tv, and they even dialed in all of my remotes for me too. They took the time to properly hide all of the cords and make sure everything was running smoothly. Worth every penny

The agents were super respectful as I was working from home when they installed the TV mount. They did a great job and the TV looks great!

If there is anyone out there who would risk dropping an expensive tv to save $129.00 good for you! The Team who installed and set up our tv were tremendous!!! Both have been with Best Buy for over ten years. One team member when I inquired if he had set up many wall mounted tv’s, said just over 8,000!!! Highly recommend to spend the money and relax while the real experts Install the tv!
