My installation experts were awesome. They called before coming, arrived on time and did a great job mounting 2 large TV’s. I was thrilled. Kudos to Best Buy!

The installation and mounting was handled very promptly and carefully. Removal of the old set from the old wall mounting proved to be a challenge but was met with a crew that could not be intimidated by old technology! Great job well worth the price.

I went into the store to look at TV’s and the sales person was helpful but I had questions about how to integrate everything into my current home theater system. This is when they recommended Geek Squad. David from Torrance came to my home and checked out all my system and made recommendations. We’ve ordered the supplies and a geek squad team came out and did the set up. It was a great process with David checking in with me all throughout. Would use them again.

Excellent service, they called me the day before and on the day to make sure a time was ok with me. Two guys arrived and proceeded to neatly install the mount I had provided and took care of my LG OLed. It must have taken them less than half an hour and left everything clean with no dust and took all the disposable boxes away. Great service! I would use them again in the future!

The install went very well from the get go. The techs were very professional from the time I received the call to confirm the install and continued even after they left. The techs were precise in measurements and provided answers, suggestions and explanations when needed. Definitely a must when your not too sure if you can tackle the task yourself.

The agents were professional and courteous. They took the time to explain each step of the install and asked my input prior to making any decisions.

I had a tough, cement block wall (inside and unseen previously) which although my tech needed some assistance with did a great job in mounting. I finished by bringing cables through the wall. Looks nice and the Geek Squad are tops. Well worth the money to have it done for you.

Booked online, text reminders and one call right before arrival. So quick and easy to use. The agents were done installing in 20 mins but offered to stay longer to go over tv feature (we opted out)

The very nice young man connected our TV, mounted it to the wall and helped set up channels we had never had before. He showed us how to navigate the remote. He was very efficient and respectful of our age ;) and cleaned the area when he finished installation.

This was the second time I've used them for an install and again the installation tech did an outstanding job! I appreciate how quickly he was able to complete the install, and made sure I was satisfied with his work before leaving... I also appreciated the use of PPE while in our home.

My appointment was scheduled 2 1/2 weeks ago. The Geek Squad crew texted a smaller delivery window, and they arrived shortly after a call saying they were on the way at the beginning of that window. There was two members of the team. I think one was Megan, but I forget the name of the young man. They were quick, efficient, and careful with my new 75-inch. I had already mounted the frame to the wall, so all they had to do was put the bracket on the back of the TV and then secure it to the wall mount, which they did carefully - checking the wall mount BEFORE they put the TV on it. Then, after plugging it in and turning it on, Megan walked me through what I needed to know to start enjoying my new TV. All in all, they were at my house less than 30 minutes. They were professional and courteous. I'm very happy with their work and punctuality.
