Great service from Geek Squad!

Much better than an amateur like myself could do! When the mount was complete, they did a fantastic job explaining all the features and options. And, with a Total Tech membership, mount cost was discounted from $150 to $50.

Up on the wall

I didn't want to take any chances on hurting the mantle (glass). The Geek Squad arrived, removed the old TV, and installed the new TV. Great professional job!

Great Geek Squad Experience

The geek squad guys were a pleasure to work with. They did a great job determining the best position for the tv and once mounted explained the features of the mount and walked me through my TV set up. Total tech support offers a significant discount on this service so it’s definitely the way to go.

Suggestion
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only complaint is that they installed the TV on an existing wall mount and I can't get the serial # due to the bracket covering it. Also Best Buy said they could not provide the serial #. I suggest that when the installers mount a TV they copy the serial # and provide it to the owner.

I think one was teaching the other. They did a good job, but I'm still not sure how to use remote. They made it too simple.
