They took down my old 75 inch TV and mounted my new one. They had to install a new electrical outlet behind it. Hooked up all my cable service and got me set up with Smart View. So grateful for their top notch service! Really glad i purchased the annual tech service.

The Geek Squad did a great job mounting my new TV. This was the second one. They are so professional and helpful. Answered all my questions. They also told me about a new product, which I bought. Excited to have them install my new equipment next week.

Charles and Steve or Dick (sorry forgot his name for sure) mounted my TV, and put the old one in the new box. As a disabled person, I appreciate the extra efforts doing things that I'm not able to physically. I look forward to having my TV calibrated.

Installation team was very helpful and offered information on how to use our existing tv mount. They also helped us navigate thru the basic items on the TV.

The service I received from the two techs that came out to mount my tv was excellent! Great communication plus they were extremely efficient & fast.

Both two guys were very nice when working in our house as well as phone calls before coming. They removed the old TV/mount and installed the new TV/mount quickly. Then, they demonstrated and walked us though how to use remote/functions very easily. It was worth to have this professional service. Thanks so much again!!

The guy that delivered and set up the tv was fantastic! My husband said he was an extremely nice guy! Couldn't say enough good things! We would diffenatly tell others to use this company.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND, The Geek Squad associate who came out to mount my TV was extremely nice and helpful. It wasn't discomfort having him inside my home during the pandemic has he was sure to be wearing all PPE necessary. Service was great and I am very pleased with my mounted TV. Thank you Geek Squad!

The agent mounted my tv and connected all my devices. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. (I had a lot of questions). He was very nice and respectful. Excellent.

Excellent is just the start. This set up was for my 70 yo mother and 94 year old nana. The gentleman was professional and relatable. He set up the tv and hooked it into the internet and taught both how to use it. He accurately explained stuff for technology challenged older women.

THE MOUNTING WENT OFF LIKE A SNAP THE TECHNICIANS WERE CONSIDERATE, KNOWLEDGABLE, POLITE AND PATIENT. I OWN A BUSINESS AND THE 2 GENTLEMEN WHO CAME TO MY HOUSE I WOULD CERTAINLY HIRE. BEST BUY HAS 2 GOOD WORKERS.

This was probably the best GEEK Squad installation I ve ever had. The installer was great. Educated me on a lot of things I didn’t know about mounts, took time to explain how the tv/remote worked, was professional and friendly and cleaned up after himself. Great experience.

I had to get a new mount since my ex put up my old one upside down. I joined totaltech when I bought my tv originally so they came out, took the old one down, put the new one up where I wanted it and it looks fantastic!

Christopher and Alex did a fine job of installing my MantelMount. They displayed professionalism and took the time to explain my options. I would recommend these fine young men for any installation process.

Agents were very helpful. Called and confirmed appointment and let me know they were coming about 30 minutes prior. Were quick with install and offered to set up all streaming services for us.

The geek squad crew installed my 75'' TV perfect . The crew gave me a call when on the way ,then spent time going over what i wanted them to do and also offering great advice . The crew was polite and professional . Will be calling them to set up surround sound next
