Levi and Gibson were great. Took the time to show me how it worked with the remote. Not that I remembered it all. They were careful installing it so centered on the table. I have always had friendly and efficient service from the Geek Squad.

The Geek Squad mounted my TV professionally, quickly and they were polite and cleaned up after they finished the job. I will hire them again when needed.

The tech set up the tv well. He also took down the old one and we had to pay a little extra for taking down some extra parts of the mount on the old tv.

The two Geek Squad installers that removed our old 65" ROKU were very knowledgable, polite, on time (early), and completed the installation and set up of new 65" ROKU very fast. Excellent Geek Squad representatives.

The guys who came to mount my tv on both occasions were superb. Unfortunately for them they had to deal with a very dissatisfied customer. After waiting 3 weeks for my tv and having gone to the store to make sure my act info was correct the tv was still shipped to my old address 1000 miles away. After waiting another week for the tv the guys came in and installed it to only find out the tv had an 86" long crack across the entire top. They knew how upset I was, especially after the last hiccup. They worked to get me a replacement. The 2nd group of guys came in and hooked up the 3rd attempt of the tv and did everything to make sure it was set up and ready to go.

The installers did a great job. They were polite and knowledgeable.

I have been using Geek Squad service from Bestbuy in every of my tech support and install my big screen TV. They always did the job right the first time and very knowledgeable what they do this time with the installation of my 75” Samsung 8 k TV. They did it again! Highly recommend! The agents are professional experts who complete the task carefully and smoothly. They will give you a call ahead of arriving, wearing shoe covers, drilling with no dust falling to the ground, and share pro secrets about you TV after the installation. Definitely worth every penny you paid!

Geek Squad was awesome. Very nice and professional. They even switched put a mount that we bought originally because it wouldn't have worknover or fireplace. One of them drove back to the store switched it out and came back and mounted the mount and tv.

The gentleman who installed it were lrofessional and vwry knowledgeable. Suggested a different wall mount from what i had purchaswd and it works great!
