Not sure if there are mounts on the market cheaper than this that work as well. Great range of motion. I can tilt both up and down and side to side so i would definitely recommend for a tv in a large room with different viewing angles. If you are viewing in a smaller room where you do not need to adjust the angle that much I would suggest a cheaper option.

The Geek Squad were great about letting us know their ETA. They were extremely professional and efficient. They called ahead of time to double check the job and to make sure that they would have all the necessary accessories to complete the work. They did forget to hook up the sound bar but we figured that out for ourselves. The only thing that was a bummer was that they could not take our old TV after all because of the size. They did however take away all the other old product (DVD player, old receiver, etc)

Installation Staff was knowledgeable , properly equipped, efficient , neat, pleasant. Made needed physical and electronic connections and explained remote control units Wore booties on outside shoes. Brought own floor mat for toolbox and parts had all needed installation parts and tools. Well thought out process and knowledgeable communicative staff.

Overall very professional and clean young techs, the only problem was on one wall the installer could not find the studs . I found them later and installed the mount from Best Buy myself. Also the premium install definition is unclear and I did not get it due to the wall damage it would have caused per the techs description

Geek squad was very quick, knowledgable, and professional.

With a snowstorm in Wisconsin on the day of my appointment, they politely asked to reschedule. They were totally flexible and willing to come to my house at 4 on another day to get the job completed.(They are usually finished with service calls at 4). When they were here they were very polite, efficient, and had great suggestions for the job that needed to be done!

The two Geek Squad guys that came and hung my new TV and mount were wonderful!! They were in and out quickly and made sure that everything was working as well as made sure that I was happy with the location. They were perfect!

The Geek Squad installers were professional and friendly. They were on time and took the old tv away. They made sure the Spectrum box was re-installed and they assisted with the new remote.

The two technicians were absolutely incredible. I had purchased a mantle mount when they went on sale earlier in the year. These are probably the most difficult mounts to install. I also had it mounted into a stone fireplace. Again not easy. The guys made sure to take all the necessary measurements to drill the holes right where they needed to be for a perfect viewing height. Afterwards they adjusted the tension on the mount so it’s easy enough to pull down for viewing but has plenty of tension to hold it at any height. They even made sure to check all the bolts to make sure everything was holding tight after raising and lowering the tv a few times. Overall I was extremely impressed and will be using these guys to install my home theater in the future

Geek Squad arrived on time, very professional, very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very patient to ensure all was done correctly before they left. Answered many questions. Was well worth the $$ to have a professional mount the TV and program the remote. Plus, they delivered the TV up the steps and upon completion, conveniently took away the big box!

I’m very happy with the Geek Squad’s job. They were professional, punctual, and took precautions to keep themselves and my family safe during the pandemic. Everyone wore a mask and they also had gloves. It was a positive experience overall, and I will always prefer that a professional handle jobs like this.

Best Buy’s TV Setup & Mounting service is fantastic! The technicians were punctual, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. They mounted my TV perfectly and made sure everything was securely in place. They also took the time to explain how everything worked and cleaned up after themselves. The local store sent the GEEKS to install the TV's. I was very hoppy with their work. All four TV's were connected and everything worked well.

Best Buy sent a 3rd party vendor to mount my 77” LG CX OLED TV. They were professional and careful mounting my tv from beginning to end, I was asked how I would like my tv mounted and they gave me their professional opinion. I’m glad I took their opinion because the installation came out beautiful.
