The installers came on time, set everything up perfectly and answered all my questions. They were friendly, polite and took all the excess garbage with them.

The Geek squad contacted me prior to arrival to inform me of the time that they would be arriving. Both gentlemen came into my home respectful and professional. They came prepared to do the task. They listened to and respected my requests. The end result was phenomenal! My 70 inch tv looks great on my wall!

I love these guys. They are very professional. Very tidy and clean up after themselves. They check out what needs done. They measure. They ask about what equipment you have to connect and they ensure you have everything to get it connected in a way that looks clean and balanced. If you don’t have what’s needed, they have supplies with them to get the job done.

The team quickly and safely installed our mount and got the large TV high up on our wall. They were very kind and professional.

Geek Squad was good, competent and knowledgeable. However after waiting 3 weeks for dellivery the TV was broken I still do not have my TV

The installation team was very courteous, respectful of the time and property. Very professional. Installed and hanged the TV on mount in short amount of time. They also took away the packaging trash.

We did have issues with the tv delivery and getting someone out for the appointment. It was escalated and the technician Sean was fantastic. He picked up the tv and a mount from the store and got everything in working order. Kudos to him, because the service prior to that was not good.

Little expensive but needed to install my new television

The "Geek Squad" mounted our new 75" tv. The tv is perfectly centered, no cords, cable connect with no cords. They were amazing. They delivered the tv, connected the mount, the cable -- very professional, friendly and on time. We are very happy!!!!!

Jordon and his coworker were awesome. They were able to get it installed and set up quickly. They were able to work me in due to a the store having to cancel my original appointment due to that installation team being out with illness.

They kept me informed of arrival time, showed up on time, were efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

They came in, super friendly, mounted it perfectly and took away all the packaging so i didn't have to. If you're getting a big oled I'd definitely recommend having them install it.

The agents arrived when they said they would and quickly installed and set up our TV. They cleaned up all the debris from the packaging as well.

Geek Squad was on time and did a great job on installing the hanging TV and sound bar.

It was installed seamlessly and it works just the way I want. It's slides both to the left and right as well as tilt. When fully closed, it's very close to the wall whether it's centered or to the left or right.

Original installation performed by third party contractors and the mounting of the tv and set up was a problem. When removing an older 65” tv they compromised my Directv service by damaging the coax cable. They also damaged the wall when taking the tv off the wall and I had to repair this. Directv came and indicated that the tv would need to be removed from the wall for them to review and correct the problem. From then on the precess went well. Geek squad came in a week later and removed the new tv without any issues and Directv followed a day after and corrected the coax cable problem. Geek squad technicians returned two days later and did a really good installation. They were knowledgeable and informative and did a excellent job in fully setting up the tv and sound bar unlike the third party installers, who just left when the coax cable problem occurred. I am really happy that Geek squad came and replaced the original installers and would thoroughly recommend Antony and his crew.

The three agents mounted my tv and were very professional and informative. They put down drop cloths and vacuumed up after their selves leaving my home spotless.
