The tech guys reached out to me about the time they will be coming to mount my tv and they came on time. They were so professional and did a very neat job.

The guys did a fabulous job setting up the TV. They made sure I understood how to get the best picture and sound out of this TV with my Denon and surround system. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and was very careful while installing my new TV.

They where friendly honest told me everything I needed to know about the mount and the tv while setting it up and even gave me a few tours for the tv

The installation team was really great. They took the time to center the tv vertically and horizontally. They also gave me an overview of the remote and how the tv worked which I really appreciated since it was my first smart tv purchase.

The team was so great. So nice and professional. Got right to work, let us know about any potential issues and made sure to check with us on placement etc. had us take a look and make sure we were ok with everything once they were finished. Cleaned up after themselves and left everything as it was. Great job!!

I was very pleased with the TV installation and the mounting is excellent and very practice. The Geek Squad technician was very knowledgeable and made the installation process easy. He troubleshoot the TV and set up all the parameters. I was very pleased with the result.

Glad I purchased the delivery and set up. 77” TV is not small nor light for one person to handle without risk of dropping it. Not only was it delivered, mounted and fully set up but they cleaned and made sure to explain the features of the TV.

John was excellent. He went above and beyond any expectations. He put our tv stand together and mounted the tv as well as made sure we understood how to use the remote and our tv features. He was very patient and answered all of questions so we could understand the process.

This installation was perfect for me. It happened on time, the techs were very prepared and professional, and they used all of the COVID guidelines at all times. I liked the shoe booties also. They were a great crew, and I will use them for all such installations in the future.

They mounted TV on wall and looks great. Geek squad always does a good job and very courteous. Always ask before leaving if I have quwstions

The Geek Squad service man has done a great job of installing the mount along with the TV. He must have done thine numerous times since the whole process took less than 45 minutes. I couldn't do a better job. I am glad to include the installation service with the new TV. Strongly recommended.

Staff at this Best Buy locations is awesome. They pay attention and listen to your needs carefully. At this store most of the staff members have knowledge in depth about technology BestBuy is selling. I had to purchase 8K TV and I was referred to home theatre team. Demetrius from that team is highly knowledgable and suggested what I need and help complete entire package. He also put us in good hands of very good Geek Squad of Torrey and Eric who did awesome job installing and mounting TV. I highly recommend this center and these folks.

The guys that installed and setup my TV, Audio, and Wi-Fi system were really outstanding! I could not imagine it being done better. My only complaint is that in their enthusiasm to clean up all of the packaging debris they took the manuals that came with the equipment. I have been able to obtain most of the manuals online.
