Sam and Jose were fantastic they did everything and stuck with me until perfect I love my geek squad and also my Sony TV.

Alex our installer with his assistant Lionel did an excellent job on the installation of our tv and sound bar.

TV was installed on the wall and set up professionally. Apps were updated and questions answered. Also hauled an old tube tv away for recycling.

Best Buy installed our wall mounts quickly and easily. The mounts are securely in place and the techs were very polite and cleaned up behind themselves. I thought the price was a bit much for the minimal time involved, but they did something I was unable to do. A good, but pricey, service when you have no alternative.

The agents did a thorough job of connecting 2 tv's, setting up remotes and making sure everything was working properly. Also, rearranged the wires so the surge protector wasn't hanging off the desk.

The Geek Squad came on time and hung and set up the TV, programmed the remote, applied all the settings on the TV for best performance and took the old TV away. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

The agent called me the day before and 45 minutes before coming. He put covers on his shoes to ensure my floors stayed clean, got my input in where to place the TV, and was super friendly. He did an excellent job overall!

Brian Downey and his partner came to my home to fit a large screen TV to my wall plus set up the TV and my new sound bar. I was very impressed by their knowledge of the equipment, and completed the job in a minimum of time. Both men were respectful and clean, no mess left behind. Ryan and Justin were GREAT. Installed new mount to hold our new TV, showed us how to operate TV remote. They were friendly, curtious and answered all our questions. Wonderfully patient with 2 senior citizens.
