The agents were very polite. This is the 2nd time I've had these gentlemen in my home. They are super professional and will accommodate exactly where & how you want your tv. They are very trustworthy. Despite my attempts i couldnt get them to take even a glass of water.

The installation was very professional and done very well. They provided direction and assistance in all facets of the installation as well as direction in the operation of the mount and the various components' operation. Excellent

The set up and installation of the tv mount and tv and the connection was exceptionally done.

The service representative did a great job taking down the old TV and mount and installing the new mount and TV. It cost about $450 to do both.

The two technicians showed up on-time and did a fantastic job mounting the TV, explaining the settings, cleaning up, etc. They worked together so well as a team…it was impressive to watch. I was hesitant to use Geek Squad as I thought I could find someone else to mount the TV. I’m glad I changed my mind and used their services. It was well worth the cost.

The first delivery was going good until when they were to put up the tv, there was a large crack on the display. They had to take the tv back. What was difficult after that, was that I had to call Best Buy back the following day myself to try and find the exact same tv, order it, and then schedule a new install date. It was confusing, because you would expect Best Buy to try and find the tv and call me back to schedule a new install date from their end.

The technician was friendly and very helpful. He made sure the television was mounted properly, cleaned up the mess, and made sure he had answered all my questions.

Absolutely professional and precise. I'm a perfectionist so was my Geek Squad servicer. I'm glad i added this service and didnot phone a friend. It's not an easy job.
