Good service came on Time was very helpful and very generous

The tech guys reached out to me about the time they will be coming to mount my tv and they came on time. They were so professional and did a very neat job.

Excellent service. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Installed and connected all items as I wished. Highly recommend for all us oldies whose 'tech support' have grown up and moved out.

The agent mounted my TV and set up my TV and make sure everything was in working order and showed me everything and asked if I had any questions or needed to be shown anything to be set up, super professional and efficent.

The agents looked for the best location where we would get maximum delivery of broadcasting/ streamlining programs.They set up the TV to our satisfaction and made sure all our questions were answered before leaving the premises. They were very courteous.

The guys were polite & professional - they had my new 58” Samsung TV mounted on the wall and working very quickly. They did not leave me the operator’s manual, if there is a printed one. Perhaps it’s online?

The geek squad showed up on time to install my new 65" tv. Fast and friendly. Had a nice conversation with one of the techs about my movie collection on display. They paired all the remotes and showed me everything they did. Highly recommend this service

BBQ Red and his crew fixed me up perfectly. Came in neat fast knowledgeable and cleaned up afterwards and even went beyond their required services to help me out. I am a happy camper.

My technician was quick and efficient. He removed the previous television and mount in less than 5 minutes. He installed the new tv and mount with no issues. He even set up the smart features for mom.

This came as part of my TotalTech membership, and I was very pleased! Two installers and their supervisor showed up promptly when they said. The entire process was professional and quick. They were very knowledgeable and cleaned up after the installation.

The installers were professional, and listened to what we had in mind. They offered valuable recommendations that made the installation location of our patio TV as best as it could be.

The geek squad was very efficient and explain steps to me as they were mounting my TV. Made sure the TV was working before they left. I got a call to verify the appointment and they arrived on time.

They showed up on time, were courteous, did a great job! Took care to center TV where I wanted. Connected everything!

We had a few issues when they finally came out to mount the tv. Firstly, the techs advised me that the cable that comes with Samsung TV's are not "in wall" rated. So we have to put the One Connect box on the back of the TV. They used zip ties. Then I was told I need 3 - 12' HDMI Cables that are in-wall rated. None on the trucks so we are no panicking, since this is my second day off work for this installation. When we purchased the service I specifically asked if we needed any cables, if the One Connect cable would reach through the wall or any other items other than the mount. We were told "No" by the sales person as well as 2 different guys from Magnolia. Luckily, Brad one of the techs and I spoke to Janie at the Plymouth Meeting store and after a little tense conversation, she got the cables we needed at no cost to us, for all the confusion and issues. JANIE IS AWESOME. So the TV is now mounted on the wall and looks great. The only real issue is if you adjust it up or down it goes out of level. SO we have to tweak if every time we adjust it. Overall they did a pretty good job.

I was really impressed with the technicians who had the TV set up quickly and it looks great. They took extra time to be sure everything met my satisfaction. Great work!

The agents were wonderful--mounted the tv, hooked up all the devices, and best of all...showed us how to operate everything. They were efficient and knowledgeable. Best of all, they were patient in explaining what to do.

My service by the geek squad was great. They gentlemen installed my tv wall mount easily and quickly and was very adapt at making sure he wore his mask and maintained his distance. Went over and above to make sure I was satisfied with his service. I will use them again if needed in the future.
