This was the first time I ever used the Geek Squad. They sent out a contractor to hang my TV on the wall. They did an outstanding job. They showed up on time, did all of the work, cleaned up after themselves and were very helpful.

Love this television I would recommend it to anyone that likes a big screen television great sound and great picture

Geek squad arrived on time, quick to determine how to fit in the space I wanted. They worked well together, answered any questions that I had. Gave me my options on cord placement. Very clean as they worked, no messes created and left behind. First time I've used Geek Squad for an in-home installation. I will use them again.

Had some difficulties and Jacob from customer service took care of everything and the outcome was awesome. Never in my life had such TLC and service to become a Súper happy customer. They are awesome and all my needs for me personally or for my home will be purchased at Best buy no matter the price, it’s all about Customer Service and they have it all.

The installation of my new television was very dissatisfying. I had to point out things to the men doing the installation that should have been done correctly the first time. I found several screws in the carpet for several days after they left. They were respectful and tried to do a good job. In the end I wished I had just done it myself.

They were on time as scheduled. Quickly fixed wiring into the wall with no issues and no mess. Installed the TV mount and mounted the TV with no problem. Took the time to explain how things operated and kept asking if they could be of any further assistance.

Geek Squad team was very nice. They hung the TV too high. I didn’t notice it until after they left. Team was overworked and had to rush. Also tried to get my 36” office TV working on cable. TV bought at BestBuy past summer. They got the Fire ATV part working but not the cable part

The guys mounted my 83 Oled perfectly. Cleaned up and make sure I was happy with the results before they left. Great job Bestbuy and geek squad

We purchsed our TVs in Watertown, MA but had them delivered to our APt in Florida and was installed with the Geek squad. The Tech was knowledgeable and did a great job

I didn’t have to do this myself and that already is a plus haha

the agent came right at time early in the morning and mount my new TV exactly where i wanted and connected everything from internet and works very well and i would definitely recommend since you got to drill wall and mount it carefully!!

The crew that came out to deliver and mount my new 55" TV really knew what they were doing. Took the time and care to do it and no destruction of my house! They installed my sound bar as well and everything is working properly! Couldn't be happier.
