The two Geek Squad agents showed up on time as scheduled, they explained everything to me and answered all my questions before they mounted my tv over the fireplace. The G.S. agents setup and programmed my tv and soundbar, once everything was done they also removed and took away all empty boxes. I would highly recommend the Geek Squad to install and setup your entertainment system.

great job geek squad Ben and Dan did a great professional Job. Time was about 1/2 hour/45 min . They even took the trash with them....Love the TV on the wall.

The agents were very knowledgeable of mounting tvs on walls and connected the devices without any problems. They also connected me to the streaming services I requested and explained how to operate the tv. I was very happy with the service I got and would use the geek squad again.

It was nice to be able to have the new Sony Bravia TV I purchased installed on the wall by a Geek Squad professional. It eliminated a lot of stress from having to do it myself as I am fairly confident that I would have not been able to figure it out on my own. The associate that installed the TV was quite professional and cautious: he showed up early and took the necessary precautions to keep myself and others in the house safe. He installed the TV in a timely manner and was knowledgeable as he demonstrated several of it's features to me. He even discussed my existing tech with me and helped me better understand how it would fit in with the new TV. I would have no problem recommending this service and providing a positive reference for the associate that served me. Thanks!

The agents arrived within the time frame & were pleasant, efficient and quick to answer any questions. Very pleased with their work and Alex made sure I was informed.

Technicians did a great job remounting TV on the wall with all the wires behind the wall which looks really nice not having wires and cables hanging down the wall. They also explained and fixed some issues I was having with TV. Technicians very knowledgeable and solved all my problems.

The 55” Sony XBR smart TV was in my price range and has a great picture. I own two other Sony XBRs purchased at Best Buy. Geek squad individual did an excellent job of installing the tv on the wall.

The installer Adrian took his time & demonstrated great care with my installation. He walked me through the mounting process, & operation of my tv. He thoroughly cleaned,removed all packaging in his work area after answering any questions or concerns that I had. Very professional experience. Highly recommend using the Geek Squad for your installation needs.

I have to say that the installer that came to mount my TV was extraordinary. He was very courteous, and even called to say he was running closer to the end of my install window which was very considerate so I wasn't sitting and waiting and could do other things. He was very knowledgeable and extremely careful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

The installers were very professional in the install of my TV and mounting of it. I was really impressed. They called when they were on their way and walked me through everything to confirm (tv) was mounted where I wanted it. They also cleaned up everything when done. Finally, they setup the tv settings as well. Well Done!

The installers called to give ETA update, they arrived on time and went right to work. The tv wall bracket was installed, the tv attached and all components connected. They worked efficiently and were out of the door in no time. Wonderful service by these professionals. Thank you

Jose and his helper were outstanding, polite & great. would highly recommend. They installed a wall mount and 75" t,v, even had "spare" parts (to purchase) in case we did not have everything, so they could do in 1 trip!
