I couldn't have asked for better service than I got. The guys that were sent to my house were professional. They explained everything well. I am very happy with my installation. Excellent job guys.

The installer named Andrew was very proficient at his job and was very friendly to boot. He explained everything very well and made sure the Blue Ray and XBox we’re hooked up and working. I am about to use them again for 2 more installs. The Geek Squad is top notch and do not hesitate to use them.

They have removed and reinstalled big televisions with in wall mounting for me and addressed big time sounds systems. This trip the mounted and installed two big screen TVs and wired theater surround.. in the ceiling as well. Its incredible. All my guests love it. I will use them over and over.

The agent mounted my TV, connected it to the appropriate devices, and showed me how to use the control clicker to move between TV and Streaming broadcasts. Simple instructions and simple to remember. Good job all around.

Geek squad leader Donald was very efficient with his organization, set up, and install. Donald and his partner arrived on time and the installation moved smoothly and quickly. Geek Squad team did a great job with the installation. However, the store clerk inadvertently forgot to sign me up for TotalTech, which is REQUIRED for installations over a fireplace. Corrected by the Geek Squad installers at the time of installation.

Guys quickly reconnected my denon sureound sound to TV Hulu after i disconnectedDirect TV. Also they mounted TV on wall and hid wire in wall to outlet. Nice job all done in less than an hrthey i great job!

Completely satisfied with the Technician who came to my home to "wall mount" and set up my new Samsung 55" Curved Screen TV. The Geek Squad did a great job mounting my TV. They made some great suggestions for me and gave me options. The TV looks great on the wall and I am so happy we had them do it instead of trying to do it ourselves. They were very professional and I appreciated the booties after going in and out of our house. Nate and Jim did a wonderful job.

The Geek Squad team did a great job mounting the TV. They made sure all wires were ran correctly and neatly. They also mounted my Apple TV to the back of the TV. They left the space clean afterward, and also made sure to pair up my remote to all my devices. All in all I’m very happy with the service!

I think it would takee me weeks to accomplish what the Geek Squad was able to do in about 4 hours. They not only installed our new LG OLED television, but reinstalled all the home theater components plus a new receiver and HDMI line behind the wall to make my wife happy. The two Geek Squad technicians (Robert & Chris) not only knew their business, but were personable and pleasant to deal with from start to finish. They even took time to train us on using the new equipment.

Rob was extremely profession, knowledgeable and friendly. He mounted my TV perfectly, tailored the wires neatly, and even paired my devices! This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a best buy agent/representative. Thanks, Rob!

They jumped right into the task of replacing the old TV and quickly had everything organized and proceeded to set up my sound bar and showed us "how" to find programs and aps.
