A much better experience - the system was initially installed by a 3rd party that Best Buy contracted out to - it took them three months to install and then was done incorrectly. We had toreschedule and this time the Geek Squad came out to install and did a great job.

They were prompt and did a good job, They cleaned up and moved my old TV to a new area, Two nice fellas.

My mom stated the tech who came out and installed the television was excellent on time and friendly

The techs were great friendly and professional. Answered every question. Cleaned up their mess. Wore bags on their shoes so my wooden floors didnt get ruined . Great job men

The Geek Squad agents came in and installed the TV and connected all my devices. They were very professional and made sure everything was completed.

The Geek Sqaud actually made it by earlier than originally planned, as coordinated a day prior. They worked quickly and efficiently, installing the wall mount and then booking everything up cleanly. The wires were hidden and nicely organized, and all systems were operating in sync as requested. Couldn’t be happier!

Matt and Chris were great. They came in and looked at the existing system and mounts, along with 3 different ways to approach adding the sound bar. Once I chose they were careful, thorough in getting everything up and running. They went over the equipment and how to use it.

The Geek Squad installers arrived earlier than expected. Completed installation and set up quickly and professionally. Explained basics of operation, and took all packing materials with them (giving me the option of keeping them if I wanted).

Arrived on time and went right to work installing. Hooked up existing surround sound, DVD player and programed remotes to operate. Took the time to explain the use of and asked if any questions.

The Geek Squad agent arrived as scheduled and installed my wall-mounted TV quickly and expertly. He connected everything and made sure it was all working properly. Watching him do this made me realize that this is the way to go for most people who have only average handyman skills required to do the installation job.

DJ and Dave did a very professional job installing our new TV. It was a very smooth job, and they explained how things worked so all we had to do was start watching. Great guys, great job.

The guys installing our TV’s were great. We were using existing wall mounts that the former homeowners had left. The guys looked and said the mounts were placed too high (and one was off center, which would have driven my husband crazy) and were we sure we wanted to keep them where they were. It was more work for them but I appreciate the fact that they took the time to make sure we would be 100% happy once the TV’s were mounted. They moved the mounts and placed the TV’s in the appropriate positions for our viewing pleasure. Couldn’t be happier with the installation!

This mount was perfect for our 85 inch tv. It swivels well and has held up great!
